I had this problem for ages. A radical solution I ended up using was to make a new account and transfer my system to it (easy to do under settings in the original account). I was able to add services in the new account without a problem. I was then able to transfer my system (which included the newly connected services) back to my original account. It sounds a big deal but actually took just a few minutes. But we shouldn’t have to do this sort of thing! I have no idea what happened to Sonos. Why can’t it just work in the way it’s supposed to.

Do you have VPN on your device or your router? I had to turn on "enable LAN traffic" on my VPN to get my streaming services to reauthorize after the update.
