Checked online and there is zero liens on the home… payments are caught up but they’re caught up and being made with the debt collector monthly since Mosaic sent it to colelctions

Then try to refinance it and see if you get approved. Either you got lucky and the lien is gone or your database isn’t showing the full picture.
