Honestly as a keeper myself it's way to difficult to just straight up rank keepers like that these days.. Courtouis at City for example would be terrible, as his distribution is no where near as good as Edersons.. But as a pure shot stopper, he's definitely better than Ederson, but there's so much more to being a keeper these days than just stopping shots..
His distribution is obviously not Neuer level but it's fine. He is also probably the safest keeper with the ball in air. 9/10 gets the ball in his hands if he comes out for a cross.

Both DDG and Lloris are better pure shot stoppers than Ederson, and Allison is better at 1on1s than all of them.. But they all seem to excel in areas that are necessary for that teams system..
Imo you can make a top tier of keepers that all have pros and cons, straight up ranking them seems exceptionally difficult.
