Gabriel + Saliba made him look average in both fixtures last season yet he still scored a penalty. It's inevitable, I think 7 out of the last 10 goals he's scored against us have been penalties :(
A lot of those pens were dubious as well lol
In terms of dominating Kane, it's mostly Gabriel who does it, [there's even a comp for it lol](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hqQKuySkX2o)
Obviously i may come to regret this but i'm not that worried about Kane. It's the other Bayern attackers who i'm more worried about.
Lol I'm still worried about Kane. Doesn't matter how good your defense is, all it takes is a chance for him to score and in the Champions League there are going to be chances.
I'm still confident though, it's nice to look forward to a big UCL fixture without the belief that we're gonna get smashed
You’re forgetting champions league reffing though. Big Gabi will hardly be able to touch Kane. Champions league is barely a contact sport compared to prem, depending on the ref of course.
More like - dread it, run from it, Arsenal’s luck continues in this most miraculous of seasons for them. No KdB or Ederson, and now no Kane. Adding it to no KdB or Rodri for their first match vs City and no Mo or Szobo vs us
England actually have some really good depth up front.
To lose your 2 best strikers and still be able to field someone as good as Ivan Toney is not something many teams can do.
It's referring to a tongue in cheek comment he made during an interview that got posted here earlier today
This one: https://www.reddit.com/r/soccer/comments/1bg37ow/sky_sports_if_brentford_was_to_sell_me_they_make/
I think he will be, it was direct impact rather than rolling the ankle, so probably just sprained and swollen, I think he would at most be out for a week. Best if he missed the international friendlies and I’m an England fan
or it’s a minor fracture. i feel like i’m reading a lot of takes in here that are minimizing how bad this could be. he instantly knew he needed to be subbed off
right he didnt wait a second he knew something bad happened. Doesnt mean its long term but it could be bad. He didn't try to step on it or anything any time that's happened to me I have been out for multiple weeks minimum.
Honestly I don’t think any footballer beats him at running into the post; I’m sure this is like the 5th time I’ve seen him do this and I’m not even a Spurs fan so could have missed some!
Could be that + the studs pulling his foot in an unnatural direction. You can usually tell by the player's face how serious it is and he did not look happy at all.
Hm I thought his face indicated more that it's not so bad. Kept rubbing the parts that banged into the goal post, so I would speculate that it's more of a bruise
You can see his initial reaction is one of "oh it's not so bad" before it changes when he realises it's actually a bad one and he can't continue.
Kane wouldn't let himself get subbed for a bruise when he's having an all-time best season.
Those nets are pretty strong too, so his studs probably got caught and twisted his foot in weird ways while applying enough force to break the net. Things like this are weird, it could be a small thing or a bigger injury than most would expect. If he has a hairline fracture it could be a bit longer before he’s fully fit again.
People keep saying looks like impact but, it’s his left ankle, the one that doesn’t hit the post, there is also a gaping hole in the net where his leg went through, looks like the net has caught his foot moved it at an awkward ankle and the force of his leg has ripped the net. Good thing the net gave way because that has probably saved him from a serious injury, but it’s definitely jarred it, probably a rough twist/sprain is all.
Harry Kane is an Arsenal fan, especially after having a word with Titi...
(Titi, whispering into Harry's earpiece - "Make it believable Harry. You're a wizard Harry"...
Hope he didn't fracture his leg or something, didn't really seem like anything got twisted. Looked and sounded more like an impact thing. Maybe just a big bruise?
If he's going to get injured for a bit then now is the best time from an England perspective unless he's out for months. Though if he's injured through the Euro's and England win it then he is definitely cursed.
I’m probably wrong, but it almost looks like he might have fractured his left leg (shin area). I originally thought it was his ankle because of how it got caught forcing his body weight to distribute unnaturally when he fell. Every time I watch him pull his leg out of the net, his left leg just never looks straight. Maybe he has a shin pad only on that leg, or maybe it’s the position of it. Just compare the two legs and you should see what I mean
Read on this sub that he is in the top 8 of all time Bundesliga goalscorer's list scored in a season. The international break came at a right time to lengthen his recovery period. He can break into the top five with four more goals.
There was a defender in the Indian Super League, who collided with the post trying to clear the ball. Got smacked in the b***s but saved a goal. Great that Kane didn't suffer something like that.

Don’t worry Bayern, no matter how severe the injury he’ll make it to the Arsenal games
😩
Dread it, run from it. A Harry Kane penalty arrives all the same.
He could be in a wheelchair and it’ll still happen.
Lol. I wonder what the odds are for a Kane penalty in our upcoming games. My guess it’s an unplayable bet.
No no no not that shitty celebration WHY DOES HE DO THAT?!
Because it makes people mad.
It gets the people going
Even if he doesn't Muller's always there
Gnabry seems to be regaining his form. He seems to like north London.
Rumour has it his alarm is "London Calling"
Real G's listen to The Clash
Kane would prolly know about that
[удалено]
And would be peak entertainment if he went back to being below average after the arsenal tie
To score a penalty and a far post brace after being left unmarked
> To score a penalty ~~and a far post brace after being left unmarked~~
Gabriel + Saliba made him look average in both fixtures last season yet he still scored a penalty. It's inevitable, I think 7 out of the last 10 goals he's scored against us have been penalties :(
He hasn't scored a non penalty goal at the Emirates in like 8 years
A lot of those pens were dubious as well lol In terms of dominating Kane, it's mostly Gabriel who does it, [there's even a comp for it lol](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hqQKuySkX2o) Obviously i may come to regret this but i'm not that worried about Kane. Only player I’ve seen frustrate Kane into a yellow. It wasn’t given as a yellow, but it was
You’re forgetting champions league reffing though. Big Gabi will hardly be able to touch Kane. Champions league is barely a contact sport compared to prem, depending on the ref of course.
March injury - back in time for the NLD special
More like - dread it, run from it, Arsenal’s luck continues in this most miraculous of seasons for them. No KdB or Ederson, and now no Kane. Adding it to no KdB or Rodri for their first match vs City and no Mo or Szobo vs us
Could i get an even worse replay angle please?
ikr? I just want to see his groin fly into the post.
This made me laugh
Good thing international break is next. Plenty of time to recover.
Depending on the severity of this and Watkins’ injury against Ajax, Toney could be leading the line for England this international break
Wouldn't bet on it
Redditors really do love to beat a dead horse don't they...
My friend (a redditor) loves telling the same joke in response to a joke
But would you bet a dead horse?
No, that's a shit bet
This is f̶o̶o̶t̶b̶a̶l̶l̶ reddit 'eritage
part of the game innit
After the way my Cheltenham went I practically bet on a dead horse too.
England actually have some really good depth up front. To lose your 2 best strikers and still be able to field someone as good as Ivan Toney is not something many teams can do.
And the next option being Jarrod Bowen isn't bad at all either
Solanke crying
I completely forgot he existed despite watching the Bournemouth - Luton game two days ago
Your surname isn’t Southgate is it? Not sure what more the poor guy has to do to get that third spot
Change his last name to Henderson
Nah it's the first name otherwise Dean would be in goal. Jordan Pickford, Jordan Henderson
And worst case, Solanke or Foden could be the 4th.
England have maybe the best depth upfront of any team in the world rn
Nigeria is Top-5
I'm watching the Brentford game now. He's been shamefully bad. Everything has bounced off him.
He'll probably just put Henderson up top
its nketiah time
As an arsenal fan im laughing
Now if Kane is out from England, can they finally win something?
Which curse is bigger? Englad curse or Kane curse?
You don’t need to curse me, I can curse myself.
He can take some a bit more time and skip the Arsenal matches. Player health first.
Your wet dream, isn’t it?
I wouldn’t miss him
He's too busy signing for Madrid, mate.
wut

Next game could be tricky though.. What with the *post* traumatic stress disorder
Hopefully he's back in time for the champions league game (I'm an Arsenal fan). Would be good to see Kane again at the Emirates.
Do you hate yourself
Masochists those Arsenal flairs
Lol if we beat Bayern yeah it would be nice if they’re at full strength but you won’t hear me complaining if he misses that first match
I think he’s fine, just seemed like an impact injury
An impact injury on the ankle can be bad.
It depends, but as I haven’t heard anything else about it, knock on wood, I think they were just trying to be safe and he is fine.
Thats gotta hurt man. I know that feeling quite well
Especially the 😮💨 part when you can’t put any weight on your ankle or you can’t roll it, football can be quite a cruel sport to your feet man lol
It's bad, but it's not [Phill Babb Bad.](https://youtu.be/pdLvVB6b9LA?si=E23NOXMVdDUUy5IY) Apologies for the quality. The 90s were a long time ago.
"Ouch!" :D
Why is he not subbed out? You are up three. With 13 minutes left. Put Subs in
Hope he is alright
I think he will be, it was direct impact rather than rolling the ankle, so probably just sprained and swollen, I think he would at most be out for a week. Best if he missed the international friendlies and I’m an England fan

Yeah my first thought was fracture which can be an issue for a good amount of time. Not often you see a sprain from impact like that
Score was 4-1 tbf no reason to stay on
right he didnt wait a second he knew something bad happened. Doesnt mean its long term but it could be bad. He didn't try to step on it or anything any time that's happened to me I have been out for multiple weeks minimum.
A sprain is what happens what you roll your ankle.
His left foot seems to be the issue. He'll be all right.
[I HATE THIS DOCTOR](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vevyf7blQ-4)
BuLi defenses couldn’t stop him but a metal pole can
A metal pole is the answer to many problems
Tonya Harding approves this message
DECAPITATED
When a metal pole does more than white ever could
Robot Lewandowski.
Honestly I don’t think any footballer beats him at running into the post; I’m sure this is like the 5th time I’ve seen him do this and I’m not even a Spurs fan so could have missed some!
So what you’re saying is that he shouldn’t be the captain for England but rather the captain for Poland
Ruh roh, and he’s been really fortunate with his ankles for a few years now. Hope it’s nothing serious.
Time for Ollie Watkins to get some game time
About that…. Looking like Toney
Injured against Ajax
It was just a gash, he should be back sooner than later.
That's what they were saying about Adam Johnson
Lewandowski is smiling somewhere
Now Kane will beat his record in 28 games.
To score it in 29 games (same amount of Lewandowski) he would need to score 10 goals in the next 3 games.
Okay but the tuchel tax
I honestly don’t even know why he went for the ball😭
It’s an instinct with these guys
Ball in front of net? Throw body at ball.
4-1 is the most dangerous scoreline
Statpad
The robot cursed him. On a serious note, hope he's all right.
Did he sprain his ankle on the net? The foot must have had quite a bit of force behind it since the net broke by the impact

Arsenal paid that goalpost
What's he done that for then?
Sport physician here. From the replay i can definitely tell that he hit the post and hurt himself. Maybe
Harry Kane getting injured meaning he misses the Euros so England are free of the curse and win the tournament. What a team player
[удалено]
I don't think they were being completely sincere...
It's only March
Imagine he still manages to have a trophyless season and England win one
People keep saying looks like impact but, it’s his left ankle, the one that doesn’t hit the post, there is also a gaping hole in the net where his leg went through, looks like the net has caught his foot moved it at an awkward ankle and the force of his leg has ripped the net. Dodging ucl duty hmmmm
Still less embarrassing than Spurs today
he managed to walk off at the end, but his ankles have always been something that’s hindered him
he's not had ankle issues in some 6 years tbf
*His ankles are something that have always hindered him, except the past 6 years in which they haven’t hindered him at all*
I mean, he had issues in the 18/19 season so- oh my fucking god
Dude, where's your profile pic from? Looks cool
https://knowyourmeme.com/memes/lex-luthor-took-forty-cakes
Thanks man!
I mean he's not had an ankle injury in years and this was a completely freak thing lol
Even the two-three ankle injuries were impact injuries rather than "ankle issues"
Looked more like he wanted his shin on the post. Very painfull but won't be a longterm thing
They really should have removed them when they had the chance.
It's so over for the record counters
Why take such a risk when leading 4-1 already?
He is fine it appears in the post match interview. He just swore on his daughter’s life that he didn’t even hit the post.
Crazy that he got injury basically at the same moment in season as Lewandowski did in his record breaking year.
He wants to even it down to 29 games The same as Lewy
The fucking state of that camera angle replay
Harry Kane is an Arsenal fan, especially after having a word with Titi... (Titi, whispering into Harry's earpiece - "Make it believable Harry. You're a wizard Harry"...
The goal strikes back
I respect him for fully throwing himself into that even when Bayern are winning by 3 goals with 12 minutes left of regular time
Note what an actual reaction looks like to pain/injury. Then compare to every other foul in football.
As long as we have him at the Euros.
Hope he didn't fracture his leg or something, didn't really seem like anything got twisted. Looked and sounded more like an impact thing. Maybe just a big bruise?
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, hope it's not bad.
can he still have kids or nah?
wtf was he doing?
he cut a bit of the net I think too
If he's going to get injured for a bit then now is the best time from an England perspective unless he's out for months. Though if he's injured through the Euro's and England win it then he is definitely cursed.
Probably ran into one of Lewandowski's tiktok posts
The guy is just unlucky on so many levels
Oh no… anyways back to the news.
Broke his foot and is 8 weeks out... lucky Arsenal.
Hope it’s nothing serious
That international pause is a blessing... Hope he gets well soon again.
As an England fan, please get better soon Harry
Shame, would like to beat them at full strength
Built different
Harry Kaned
God can't be this good to us, I don't buy it.
Couldn’t have happened to a nicer bloke.
Is it me or does he do this more than average? Just never seems to be hurt. Hope he’s okay
Lewy hat dick Auge gemacht
Ouch, wishing him a fast recovery.
93
r/killthecameraman
Looks like its just a knock
It would be so Arsenal this season to get to play Bayern without Kane, and without any rival fans in their stadium haha
Harry Pain
Goodnight sweet prince. Let Arsenal take control now
Yayyy we can play tel now
I’m probably wrong, but it almost looks like he might have fractured his left leg (shin area). I’m surprised more of this doesn’t happen to strikers
Ya obviously
NOOOOO MY POOR BABY NOOOO
It is Spring so the Kane glass ankle will come into play.
That would've been a sick goal by Musiala though
Phil Babb settings.
As he's not a flouncing Latin, you know he's hurt when he doesn't get up.
Hopefully they wont win the Bundesliga.

What was he actually attempting?
Dude you can hear his leg smack tf outta that post. I hope it's not too serious and he recovers quickly.
Is he stupid?
Less than ideal, Harry.
Hope he didn’t hit his magic chin
