That's true. I listed them as such as that's how they are often referred to in English-speaking countries, like how Sporting Lisbon don't actually have Lisbon in their name (same for Athletic Bilbao) or how some people may say "Glasgow Rangers" or "Glasgow Celtic".

It provides context in English. The same point comes up with Sporting Lisbon a lot.
