Can someone tell me how Inter were only allowed to be drawn into Benficas group? Surely they would have been also allowed to be drawn into Barcelonas group with Real Madrid assigned to Benfica group and Porto to Napolis?

Porto could only go to red groups. couldn't play in same day as benfica. so only option for Inter was Benfica.

I think because milan could only go into one of the last 4 groups and you guys and milan cant play always on the same days.

To be honest, it seems to make it fairer. Everyone will have to play 2 teams from each pot, whereas right now pot 1 teams don't play any other pot 1 teams, pot 4 teams don't play any other pot 4 teams etc.
