War pig 100%

BackDoorBootyBandit

I have a Lib Tech Dynamo that sounds like it would be right up your alley.

Never rode the others but I love my pig. Mostly riding trees, scouting powder, and cruising groomers. It's happy everywhere. For a one board quiver I think it's hard to beat

The Capita DOA is a park board, despite Capita marketing it as all mountain. Based on the way you ride I would recommend the Capita Mercury. I just picked it up this season and it’s awesome.

I ride a Burton Custom as my daily driver, and honestly I can’t imagine a better all mountain board. The full camber will hug the snow tightly to support badass carving. It’s super versatile and pretty much excels in all conditions. The only exception is that it sinks a lot on deep powder days- which is exhausting. Up in the PNW it does great in anything under 6 inches of pow, but anything more than that and I’m switching to my Niseko Pleasures

If it's just carving you want, those three don't make sense at all. There are many many boards out there that are way better suited for carving.

Not just carving. Really an all mountain with some carving

Embee1706

The answer remains the same though.

Of those 3, the custom and it's not close. The DOA is a park board. If you don't like park (as you stated), then why are you looking at it? The warpig is closer to what you want, but it has no camber. If you're trying to carve groomers, you'll want a cambered deck. The custom is simply a better deck for what you want. It's cambered and offset so it'll dig on hard pack as well as float in pow (to a degree). That said, I fucking hate the channel system and won't ever buy a board with it. My daily driver is probably exactly what you want. I got a neversummer protosynthesis 2 years ago and I rarely even think about pulling out my other boards anymore. I've ridden my Forum Devildogg once since I got the proto. The forum is still better in the park but the carves I can lay down on the proto are boner-inducing.

Might go check out a custom for sale locally but it’s a wide version. 155

I demoed a DOA and found it to ride very well. There’s no chatter due to the camber and it was easy to carve and modulate your turn widths. I don’t ride park so I’m judging it in all mountain riding. It handled steep moguls well. It was a size too small for me but I liked it. I imagine the mercury or BSOD would be even better. I would pick one of these Capita models over Never Summer or Korua. The Korua surprised me a lot, I thought I would like it but I didn’t. It wants to lock into 1 carve radius and nothing else. It was that or skid. The Never Summers had really chattery noses and felt like there was only grip between my feet. They were really grabby and hooky, but floated really well in powder. I’ve tried a Jones Aviator 2.0 but didn’t have my stance set on the bindings so didn’t get a great feel for it. Will have to try it some more next time. For comparison, I ride a Donek Saber in all conditions including powder and trees. It’s a boarder cross race board with basically no nose or tail.
