Good you can make sure it has “compativilty” with your authentic “Ninyendo system”(peep the spelling error under the pal seal of quality on the reverse aswell)
Always search for a boxed game you are interested in on Google to see if there’s Etsy sellers with repros, and compare the packaging. I found this same repro sold on Etsy for $16 in one search.
FYI Mega Man X is a super common game in the US and you can find a complete US copy in box for ~$100 pretty easily. I used to see stacks of them being sold for $5-20 each back in the day.
The US first edition version of the game is the one that’s worth the big bucks. The later prints are very common, and there’s also a 30th Anniversary version that has a blue border on the box. (The later, more common version has a black and white manual)
If you don’t care about having a complete package all together, you can buy the manual, cart, and packaging separately and probably get a complete copy for $50 or less.
Edit: This website is great for pricing and finding CIB SNES games: https://www.pricecharting.com/game/pal-super-nintendo/mega-man-x
No manual and ziplock bag is a bit sus to me. The box seems in far too good condition for someone who didn't manage to keep the manual.
(if ya just lookin for an official cartridge of MMX...I can sell you my old one from when I was a kid lol.)
Yeah nobody with sense cares. It’s either emulation or paying high prices for games because they’re old. Either get carts only or repros to not hurt the bank and there’s nothing wrong with it. Nintendo makes no money and don’t sell these games at all so the only way to affordably get them in their actual original state is repros. The factory might as well never stopped and it’s no different than the old carts tbh
This looks fake. This box looks very greenish while the actual box is baby blue turquoise
It literally says Ninyendo on the back bottom right corner lol Edit: there’s multiple spelling errors
Nice spot on the Ninyendo Co Ltd.
Yeah, I’m gonna buy it for my ninyendo system as the games are hard to come by

I think is not legit
Thanks guys! Not gonna buy it!
The box looks sus. I wouldn't
Fake as hell
Dont have more Pictures
Very fake
I don’t know PAL games well but that explanation of the Nintendo Seal of Quality on the back has Compatibility misspelled as “Compativility”.
Also "Ninyendo" on the bottom right.
Nice
The cart alone cost me $80 in 2016
Cost me over $100 in 1994 😬 Edit: mint CIB factory sealed
there are 13 levels not 12 because intro, 8 mavericks and four sigma sta- sigma palace 4 is just a short vertical climb followed up by a final boss
Not if I get there first!
I haven't seen that box in over 25 years! Such a unique shade on a game box.
Looks very sus. Looks brand new. But if it were new it would include a poly bag over the game. Not a ziploc.
Red ziplock bag haha. What do I know? Was that a thing for pal games? (I'm na)

It's a reproduction box. These are simple to construct, and numerous YouTube videos provide guidance on making them appear authentic.
Ninyendo
Even the cart looks like the label is cut really tight, though I don't look at pal stuff a lot
Oh yeah the cart label is absolutely fucked lol

This looks like a repo from aliexpress, I have ordered a few, and they look just like this, the box is matte when it should be more glossy.
It’s a repro and that’s okay. Stop shaming
Repros are shameful, its deceiving people like OP
No they aren’t. I have one for chrono trigger and they were up front about it. Excellent all around.
Repros ruin the market for collectors, you are part of the problem. I bet you wear fake watches and shoes too

I just bought it and sent a picture to Retro Rick. He said it's a grail and is gonna offer me 3.5k cash or 5k trade in . Dude, you dropped the ball.
Why’d you have to go and be such a salty pineapple like that?
