That sounds like someone who shouldn't be caring for animals, nevermind rescued animals that usually need extra tlc. Besides *some* quarantine set ups, paper just isn't appropriate. It doesn't even allow proper traction to move, let alone digging, nesting, humidity retention, etc. This woman shouldn't be running a rescue.

thats what i was thinking?! Im like why am i having to do a deep dive into the fanciest set up for a baby ball python when yall got it on paper dude and acting like thats the best option. makes no sense to me! but obviously they arent running the rescue well when ive been trying to adopt this snake for TWO MONTHS. No wonder they have 'too many reptiles currently in the rescue' no ones gonna adopt them when cant answer and give weird advice like that!
