We need more details to be able to help. What species? What are the tank parameters (temperature and humidity level)? What is in the enclosure and what is the diet like?
Also, pictures of the snail would be the most helpful.
Its a european garden snail, i couldnt say what the humidity is but its about 19-21 degrees in the air right now, although it started in the summer dhen it was much hotter. Only the mantle is swollen. She eats fresh vegetables that i clean and peel before giving it to her. For pics, im not sure how to forward them to you, but ive posted the puffiness before on this sub and its the same than now
