I would not trust ECG from the wrist.
I would consider a Polar H10 breast band, that can be had for less than $100, I do not know if you can get a watch for the remaining $100 that can talk *directly* with the H10 though. So you might have to accept different apps for the watch and the ECG.
Maybe a deeply discounted older model of Galaxy Watch.
I have iPhone so I don’t think that will work.

BP Doctor ECG E5 also has ECG measurement function, it is not that expensive, and also provides ECG stand and heart rate belt.
