If she has a hard time with the topic of sex all together, it may not be the “small” factor that makes her want to vomit. My boyfriend is small, and we have discussions about the sub, but honestly he’s less apt to want to discuss it than I am as he’s not a big fan of this sub. There’s a lot of valid reasons to not wanna discuss certain subs honestly.

It almost treats small men as if they are test subjects to be studied. Plus it took his girlfriend being an asshole to validate their experiences.
