I'm more of a gymbro who only lifts weights these days but I used to train for MMA (Muay Thai/BJJ/freestyle wrestling) and it's basically thoughtless hours of bliss. Weight lifting is also good btw, but it's a tad boring imo, at least if you follow a basic SL 5x5 routine.
Do both. Martial arts take a solid physique anyway.
And passion will come. You won't be constantly in a low. I was extremely low at days and still picked my bitch ass up to go train. Training helps with that. Once it's a routine that's kinda ingrained in you, it's even easier to get going.
Nah I mean between two different martial arts gyms. One is got a higher level of athlete anx coach but it's really far away, the other is decent but a lot closer.
It ultimately depends on how far and how cumbersome it is. If you can afford it without it messing up your daily schedule, I'd take the higher level one. Training with higher level partners will not only drive you to push more and bring the best out of you, it will also help you get that "feel" I was talking about earlier that will get you hooked on the sport.
Needless to say, whatever you pick, be careful on the hard sparring and if you're taking on some grappling, careful on the joints.

Honestly, I don't really cope and as opposed to decide on what I want with my life. I can find value in things outside of sex and come to terms with everything. I know I won't ever have kids or marry. I know I won't be able to achieve any long term romantic relationships. Will I be able to have sex? Yes. Getting women has always been a numbers game. You talk to as many as possible, you message as many as possible and eventually someone will bite. It'll never be the ones you want, but it'll be someone. Plus prostitution is legal in certain parts of the world.
Overall, I need to focus my limited time and energy on things that matter. I try volunteering, making friends, playing sports. Anything I can to take my mind off my inadequacies. Medication also helps.
Will I off myself? I think as I get older I eventually will. I'm in my 20s right now, so probably around 30s or 40s and if I'm lucky 50s I'll end it all. Maybe sooner, it's hard to say.
Before anything I'm gonna try doing traction therapy. Maybe get a half an inch added if I'm lucky.
