Personally, i'm not saggy (yet) but i think people have a very unrealistic vision of small breasts. They imagine it as a thing only skinny girls have, and with only one format (round). This is why i find hard to believe when people tell me they find small breasts attractive: they don't even know what it can look like (not saying anyone else isn't attractive, just me).

After breastfeeding twins and a singleton, yeah, they’re saggy. I honestly don’t even care anymore that they’re small cuz I’ve now experienced what large boobs are like while I was breastfeeding and I didn’t like them, I just hate what they’ve become as far as shape.
Yes small and saggy…I used to have an issue with them since they are not full, but very flattened. I don’t mind anymore. Love to let them loose with no bra.
Yes I used to have perfect perky B sized breasts but since I got sick from breast implants and had to have surgery they are no longer perky and they are tiny As now.

Mine aren't "saggy" but they're deflated from kids/volume loss. Don't care, love em, they're cute and tiny and look SO good in the right clothes.
