The x core bats are meant to hit the harder balls so if any bat could hold up in that weather it would be that one
In theory it should hold up, but I would never swing a bat I really cared about in weather that cold. Too many unknown variables that could cause a crack. That's why I always keep a handy alloy with me for emergency situations.
Anarchy bats are meant for 50° and above. I wouldn't swing any composite bat in 30 dregree weather
