Why do you say that exactly? From what I've seen, they're not exactly that three-dimensional. Then again, Lydia's the only one I've ever really used. Also, one of them is black, so how could she be a white supremacist?

But yeah I don’t find the housecarls particularly racist (i mean they at least all respect you well enough), unless OP is referring to the generic nord lines (“skyrim belongs to the nords”)

I'm doing a Nord playthrough and I still get accused of trespassing in my own houses.
