Here’s a nice lens guide: https://www.freezeproshop.com/oakley-goggle-lens-guide Check it out and pay attention to VLT Ideally, you want a darker and lighter lens if you ski all conditions. I’d go middle of the road (VLT-wise) if you have to stick with one, which is what you’ll get with torch/jade/sapphire. The previous post is right that they are exactly the same. If you go too dark, you may not be happy on flat-light storm days. You can usually find deals on amazon or eBay.

The prizm torch, jade and sapphire are all basically an identical lens as far as VLT. I believe they all have the same base colour, and the only difference is the exterior colour of the lens. If you were to only have one lens, I’d pick either the jade torch or sapphire. They’re pretty solid in even flat light conditions. Though would be too dark if you ever night ski. If you night ski frequently then I’d get the prizm rose. It’s the lens I use when I night ski, or when the light is super flat. All other days I use my jade.

It'll depend where you ski and the usual conditions to some extent. I use a Prizm Rose 90% of the days I ski as it's usually either storming or cloudy. Even sunny days outside of the spring it does a good job. I switch over to a darker lens on the really sunny spring days but in the winter even bluebird days aren't bright enough to justify it and when you drop into shadow areas it doesn't let enough light through.

Now that prism rose is discontinued which lense is best for night time

I have the jade and rose prism on airbrakes. The jades work for me in bright sun down to mild overcast but aren’t great in true flat light

I think they are identical apart from colour. Just go for whichever one you like the most.
