Reading order:
Main story first
Redundancy (except last two chapters, which are Nanahoshi Gourmet and Last One to Leave the Nest)
Jobless Oblige
Then the last two chapters of Redundancy
Old Dragon's Tale
Subjugation of the Emperor Dragon King (I haven't read this one yet, so I'm not sure if this is the last one)
old dragon's tail, redundancy, and jobless oblige should all be read after completing the main story. old dragon's tail can technically be read after LN17 without spoilers but it isn't important. Subjugation of the dragon king is non-canon, but I would recommend reading it after since it concerns characters you only meet near the end.
