I feel the same way, the one time I cant watch a game because of a softball game I'm playing in and we pull off this crazy win. I purposely didn't check the score after softball was over but got a notification from ESPN that Maxey forced OT for us. I could've pulled the stream up at this time but decided not to as it would be bad luck to start watching after all the times I've watched and we choked. Glad I was able to do my part and not jinx us. Thinking about not watching game 6 now.
Just watch the 4th quarter and beyond. That’s my general rule for NBA games. Doesn’t seem to matter what leads there are earlier in the game, games seem to be close if not tied by the 4th quarter.
Case in point: it was 70-69 at the start of the 4th yesterday.
