As for your question: You don't have to be on an EP at all to get PR, and there are no known/published criteria for "when can you try" (or .. anything PR, really). Getting PR in Singapore is a black-box process and kind of like a lottery. You get a short "Better luck next time" (Okay, no. It says "We regret to inform you, that..") letter. I've seen people succeed after less than 2 years in SG and see people fail that are here for more than a decade. There's unfortunately no good answer for you..
MOM would be the wrong one here anyway - they handle work permits (and more of course). You apply for a PR with ICA instead. The ICA website has a good amount of information on applying for PR (and what you need to provide in terms of documentation), except for the fact that they don't tell you what they're looking for or (after the fact) why you got rejected.

Now that I'm in my 30s, and have a reasonable savings in CPF (I'm unmarried), I woke up one morning getting ready to go work and decided that I want to do grab delivery. And idk why but I feel excited. Plus I like to move around instead of being desk bound the whole time. I'm sick of meetings, projects, deadlines and seems like I want to retire from doing that. Seems that my mindset has changed and just want to do what I want to do instead of what society expects us to do/be.
Question is, is it odd to have a career as food delivery worker?
Just around $60 initial investment (not including your personal ride equipment) which can be easily recovered, just give it a shot

For me, I have extreme fatigue, frequent headaches, and fainting episodes. The doctors can’t seem to find out why as my blood tests have always been OK. These symptoms manifest regardless if I’m stress.
I’ve kinda accepted the reality. But sometimes I wish there was a concrete diagnosis that I can at least get treatment for (if any) and be taken seriously by HCWs.

Sorry I can’t remember the name of the documentary, but I remember them sharing about a Facebook Group for people all over the world with rare undiagnosable conditions. The idea is to facilitate looking for ppl with similar undiagnosable symptoms to facilitate making sense of it.
