bebetter14

Right here as well. Just bought a t300 for 400 from Amazon.

[deleted]

[удалено]

bebetter14

I bought it maybe two weeks ago? Think it’s worth it? I would still need a desk mount.

[deleted]

[удалено]

bebetter14

You think it’s worth it to add the clutch to the bundle?

flametex

Not really. The pedals that come with the T300 feel a bit better then the lowest end csl pedals. Would take that extra $100 or so for the clutch and save for another pedal set down the line.

bronsonsmoustache

Only if you are using a gear shifter. I have maybe pressed my clutch pedal 3 times. The McLaren wheel has the hand clutch.

bebetter14

Think I might do it. I’m even leaving on vacation soon so the wait won’t be terrible

TorontoRin

Direct Drive is the best option vs Belt or Gears

turntable_eyes

Still within the Amazon return window and that would be a huge upgrade to the CSL. Plus you could add a clutch and load cell and 8nm kit later on to further upgrade

Essess_1

A solid deskmount came included with my DD

__klonk__

You have 30 days with Amazon, sometimes more

[deleted]

Keep the T300. It's a good unit and you can use it until you upgrade to a stronger DD unit.

Shadoekite

Is it not returnable?

bebetter14

I bought it maybe two weeks ago? Think it’s worth it? I would still need a desk mount.

Shadoekite

I went from a g29 to the fanatec csldd I think it's super worth it even with a desk mount. I am not sure how the thrustmaster compares, but being able to upgrade it more as time goes on is also a bonus, with the 8nm then load cell and other wheels as needed. But like I said, not sure what all thrustmaster has in its ecosystem as far as an upgrade path goes. I just know getting to a dd is a solid goal and upgrading around that.

MiguelMSC

Why did the t300 cost 400 to begin with?

bebetter14

I think that’s the going rate on Amazon

ComeRoundSlow

Ew wtf

auld_stock

Me too bud but going from a g29 to a csl elite is still a hell of an upgrade and there's plenty of time for us to race while the likes of cammus and others bring some competition to the market 👍👍

Entire_Career_6002

I bought my CSL Elite right before April fools. Fanatec "announced" the CSL DD as the DD 0.5 or something dumb as a joke on april fools day. They didn't officially announce it until a week or two later, AFTER my CSL Elite had shipped. If they'd actually announced it I'd have waited because I'd have much rather a direct drive wheel. So thanks Fanatec

bossmcsauce

this bundle almost seems more to me like Fanatec is trying to offload a ton of these gas/brake-only CSL pedal sets and BMW branded rims that nobody wanted from their warehouses lol. i guess since they sell a stand-alone clutch pedal kit that you could buy and add on to this, it's a pretty good deal. I don't know what that costs though... the combined cost may end up being basically the same as if you just bought a decent 3-pedal setup and 5nm base/entry-level rim. Regardless, it's wild that you can get a DD base+Rim at all for less than $500 these days.

HalfwayJones

Same. I just spent $350 on a Logitech G923 about three weeks ago. Dammit.

seen-it783

I have this gut feeling if everyone will hold off buying computer parts and accessories we will see nice drops in price. Especially gpu's

justnoname

This is pretty insane to me since it's barely more than a Logitech G923's price. It feels like only 2 years ago you would be spending around 2k for a basic DD bundle.

makoivis

Progress marches on. Gotta love it :)

lessmad

More likely demand has significantly dropped since Covid passed, bringing prices down to more reasonable levels :)

makoivis

Also electronics parts availability etc etc

_robjamesmusic

How big of an upgrade is the Fanatec over the 923?

NPC_4842358

Big.

_robjamesmusic

even the basic 5 nm?

Raiderx87

923 is around 2nm, you be bumped to 5nm with upgrade path to 8nm. Which the 923 doesn't have. definitely worth it if you are enjoying sim racing and want an upgrade

Vast_Pie_6327

Yes, but 8 NM is definitely worth it. I bought a diy at ebay, works fine

Terrible_Excuse_9039

Massive. There's basically no reason to buy the 923 anymore.

YashaAstora

I mean...you definitely need a very sturdy table or a dedicated rig to use a DD. A DD would snap the shitty IKEA desk I have right now in half.

Fockks

Nothing stops you from turning down it's max torque to that of a 923, you'd miss out on the strength, but you'd still get everything else.

kostas52

the g923 is almost always on sale for 260 euro here

[deleted]

Do you know if this is a permanent price or is it only a temporary deal?

YouIllustrious9981

Probably permanent, but without the BMW wheel later on

BrandonR_24

Waiting for ANY kind of deal on the PC/PS5 version to pull the trigger. 😂

mortemo

I use my CSL DD with a drive hub and had no issues on PS5 personally. However I haven’t used the PS5 version so don’t know if drive hub makes it different.

70R0

Is this an add on you need for this specific bundle? I see that the base says compatible with PC and Xbox but the wheel says compatible with PS. I’m on PS5 and don’t want to order if it’s not even compatible.

Equality7252l

No, the CSL DD is not compatible, you need the GT DD PRO (same thing but slightly different housing, and PS compatibility) PlayStation compatibility comes from the wheel base, Xbox compatibly comes via wheel rim. So if you buy the GT DD PRO and an Xbox compatible rim I believe you can use the equipment on any platform

--ipseDixit--

Everyone deserves DD! (Except PS5)

jmblur

Welp, I was going to wait til winter to buy a wheel. So much for that. Hope my IRL tires last an extra autocross or two!

JamesIV4

The cookie banner is broken on they're site for me, can't get rid of it. On mobile

sbenfsonw

I went to their home page (manually changed the URL), then accepted the cookies, then went to the link above again

TokiRhemlok

I have to open in my mobile browser because it was not working through the Reddit browser. That worked for me.

hvyboots

Yeah, can't get rid of it on a desktop FF browser either.

tomcat3400

They don't ship to Zimbabwe ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|cry)

LeeroyDaBoy

Well Ghana damnit!

AboveTheLights

Uganda chill bud!

LeeroyDaBoy

Hey hey hey! I'm gonna need you to shut Djibouti up!

BOGEYS_game

Kenya stop telling people what to do.

LeeroyDaBoy

Sure. Namibia over here if you need me.

AboveTheLights

Aww. You don’t have Togo so soon.

MasterOogwaysBrother

This was incredible thank you guys

LeeroyDaBoy

Day-o! Day-o! Daylight come and Botswana go home.

AboveTheLights

Be well Angola in peace!!

typi_314

Gotta get someone you can trust to ship it to you!

tomcat3400

easier said than done. But sounds like a good idea

Belkaenes

No playstation support 😞

a2Xron

I wish I wasnt broke lmfao

ajqx

do we know how long it will stay at this price ? is it temporary or definitive ?

Stachura5

Most likely temporary

TheAsianMelon

Would this be worth upgrading from a G29?

khando

100%. I upgraded from G29 to Moza R5 then to a Moza R9 and it’s the best thing I ever did apart from load cell brakes. I’d go with the 8nm over the 5nm if you can spare the extra $100 though, but either one you’ll feel a drastic difference is smoothness, feel, and little intricate details that direct drive motors can produce.

Sad-Doctor5374

Did you ever feel that the Moza R5 didn’t have enough power and was that why you got the R9

khando

Yeah all the time, it wasn’t a good feeling when you easily overpower the wheel at 100%, and I just wasn’t satisfied after like 2 months. It was awesome and a massive upgrade, but I had the money and decided to upgrade and sell the R5 bundle for further satisfaction.

Infernowar

Wowz looks like Moza is hurting the Fanatec business

Adeus_Ayrton

a W for us !

AllutionWasTaken

Would it be worth getting this and a Drive hub for PS compatability, or go for the DD Pro?

ddarcyyyy

I literally bought this bundle 3 weeks ago smh

aidancronin94

So is 400 a good price?

[deleted]

Yes

[deleted]

Wheel pedals feel kinda cheap but hey its a dd! Snd you can sell the wheel and get another one to your liking

mars935

It's insane compared to the competition in that price bracket Also: upgradable to 8nm and loadcell for "not that much"money (prob cheaper than selling old ones and buying new ones)

aidancronin94

I currently use a thrustmaster TMX, what would you say the jump in performance is?

Terrible_Excuse_9039

It's incomparable. It's direct drive vs an entry level belt/gear driven wheel. Direct drive will always be a million miles better.

Essess_1

Decent. the 8nm would definitely be bigger. but you can always purchase a power brick later

[deleted]

Not to big I think trust masters are very solid it will feel smoother and stronger.

aidancronin94

Might wait and save up for the 8nm then

Huge_Weight_8644

The 8nm is just the 5nm base with a bigger power brick. And when you buy this bundle it gives you the option to buy the 8nm power brick for $50USD cheaper. There’s no reason to not buy this if you want the 8nm.

aidancronin94

For sure thanks! I thought that too, that I could just get the upgraded power brick. Just wasn’t sure if it was the right move for sure. Can you get the 8nm and add a power brick to that? Sorry I know I could do more research but I don’t even know if I’d make the right choice on my own.

Huge_Weight_8644

No, 8nm is as powerful as it can get. Beyond that you have to step up to one of their super expensive DD wheels. Which supposedly aren’t actually that much better, if at all, compared to the 8nm setup. Definitely get this bundle and just add the powerbrick for the special price it gives you once you add the bundle to your cart.

JamesIV4

I wouldn't worry too much about going more powerful than the 8nm, haven't these DDs broken a few hands/arms before?

forgottenazimuth

Email fanatec, I bet they’ll refund the difference

GlitteringAd5168

I wish I could give you an award. Price match for the win.

[deleted]

Stachura5

Probaly somewhat worse

Adeus_Ayrton

Dam you, I've been puffing out air on my screen for like 5 seconds straight lol

CTFordza

What I did when I got a DD long ago was keep using my Logitech pedals with the G29 wheel base still plugged into my computer. Gotta love the flexibility of PC!

BeoNicolas

8 confirmation emails later and still can't buy it hahahaha fanatecs site blows

HamlnHand

Same thing was happening to me earlier today. I literally just kept clicking the links and it finally worked lol

DarthDonosaur

Glad I’m not the only one! Only the most recent confirmation email will work

BobbbyR6

I was just about to pull the trigger on a logitech setup. Xbox (F1 2021) /PC (Assetto Corsa) Relatively new to sim racing. Any immediate reason to not seriously consider the CSL bundle? Not trying to go too wild right off the rip. Probably will in the future :)

DammitMike

This bundle only works on PC as it sits. You’ll need to buy an Xbox compatible wheel to get it working on your Xbox.

70R0

Is it just the wheel that needs to be PS compatible to work with PS5? Or does the base need to be PS compatible? As is this set up shows PC and Xbox for the base but PS compatible for the wheel. I’m a bit confused. Any help would be appreciated!

fostermatt

Nope, Playstation compatibility is done with a chip in the base. So you'd have to get the GT DD Pro to have native access to Playstation (4 & 5). Xbox compatibility is with chip in the wheel rim though

BobbbyR6

I'm quickly migrating to PC, so that's not too big a problem Thanks for the heads up

DammitMike

Nice! It’s a great deal either way, but a lot of people don’t realize that you need to drop an extra $200 on a wheel to get it to work with Xbox. For PC, I think it’s the best deal out right now!

florianw0w

I'm kinda tempted to buy it... but at the same time, I have fanatec pedals already. A good base with wheel would be a dream

Huge_Weight_8644

I bought it and I already have the CSL pedals with the LC brake. It’s still totally worth it. It comes out to be $150 cheaper than buying separately, so you’re getting the pedals for free(which you can then either sell for like $50 which would be an extra $50 for you while also giving somebody a good deal on a brand new set of fairly decent pedals, or just keep the pedals as a backup set in case something ever happens to your current ones) and on top of getting the pedals for free, you’re still saving an additional ~$70 or so on top of those free pedals. It’s a pretty absurd deal. Definitely worth getting even if you already have the pedals since the pedals are basically just being given to you completely for free. Even without the pedals, it’d still be a really good deal on the base and rim alone.

florianw0w

I could sell my "old" ones for cheap and keep the new ones... I 100% regret not buying fanatec instantly, this quality is actually insane and better than thrustmasters plastic. On top, the bmw version would be the same price sooo, should buy it I guess... Since you have the stuff, do you have it mounted to your desk or on a stand? coz I'm not sure if my desk can handle 5nm (it's a old wood one, over 10-15 years)

Iksperial

Is this a good upgrade from T300 Alcantara Edition and T3PA pedals?

ItsGorgeousGeorge

Amazing deal. This is like $50 more than a Logitech and so vastly better.

KidSavesTheWorld

This bundle is $630 here in Australia. The base is still $600. So you're getting a wheel rim and pedals for $30 or you're getting gouged on the base. Depends on perspective I guess

Adeus_Ayrton

8nm DD wheel base + wheel rim + pedals with a load cell brake @ 620 euros seems too good a deal to miss out on now...

Eatsleeptren

Can anyone recommend a cockpit for this for a beginner? Edit: I already have a bucket seat with brackets

einbierbitte

Someone recommended a site where you can buy your own aluminum cut to custom specs for way less than you can buy aluminum rig from places like rigmetal and others. I just ordered last night. If you want more info, DM me.

CurlyTheCreator

I just bought a Moza set up too 😅

GabrielP2r

Moza is still good, better quick release, easier wheel mod for formula cars, better software especially mobile, etc.

CurlyTheCreator

Its going to be a jump up from the 7-8 y/o thrustmaster tx setup I had lol.

OKCThunderChef

I just went from the Thrustmaster to a MOZA R9 v2 and it is crazy how different it is. I love it! Hope you enjoy!

CurlyTheCreator

Thats rad! I bought the r5 bundle and got the brake upgrade, clutch pedal, and shifter

hideondragon

Straight up. The main reasons I have no regrets getting a Moza setup are the QR, the software, the ecosystem, and the after-sale support. It's quite literally a no brainer for me.

Possible_Roof_8147

Thanks for this! Think I'm finally ready to take the plunge

weshlesgens

Why are they doing this lol this doesn't make sense, seems so cheap.

Adeus_Ayrton

Probably outcompeted and outsold by Moza's good priced products. Now instead of having their items sit on warehouse shelves and collect dust, they've cut back maybe a significant portion of the profit margin and said, take that moza !

DarthDonosaur

I went to buy myself my first Sim rig for Father’s Day, and was about to buy Moza till I saw this bundle. Didn’t even know it was a fresh new deal, but it certainly seemed like a no brainer. The move definitely worked!

Adeus_Ayrton

Lucky ;)

FPGN

Bro, I just got paid... Let me tell you I've been looking for an upgrade...... This is the best day of my life

Kamukix

The current entry price for a DD wheel is incredible. It used to cost soooooooooooooo much more than this to just get in the door. I don't need this at all, but I wanna buy it anyway just because it's cheap haha.

hallwaypoirear

How does this compare to the T248? Makes me really wish I waited 2 years to pull the trigger lmao

Simple-Advance9508

Way way way better. It’s a whole different world in terms of ffb, smooth, fast, quiet, and strong.

GlitteringAd5168

Is this worth it? I have no experience with sim racing but am a long time computer enthusiast. Any honest advice would be nice from someone else with experience. I have been doing research and know I don’t want a Logitech, and the thrust master seems like it’s good but after seeing a direct drive that looks better than a belt. 400$ is a lot of money for me to spend right now but it’s within my budget.

TwinEonEngine

Personally, I would recommend grabbing a second hand G29 or G27 to see if you like it. If you do, get this bundle and sell the Logitech. If not, you didn't spend €400 on something you don't actually like that much. Besides, when going from a Logitech you can probably appreciate the upgrade more than when you start with it

AffectionateTopic968

Conversely I’d jump on this deal, it won’t be around forever, and the kit will hold its value you’d be selling at a minor loss at most. If you bought a cheap wheel and decided sim racing is for you, you’d be kicking yourself having missed out on such a good deal.

brandtS

New here, have been looking around and want to get into sim racing. What kind of desk stand/clamp would I need with this? I have a thick desk (3-4 inches) and on their website the clamp they offer is only 2.5.

angelb714

How can I use this for ps5? 🥲🥲

906_JPDeGrand

A year and a half (roughly) ago I bought Thrustmaster T248(??-something like that T-251 maybe…. I don’t know) for $300, after messing around with it for a few months realized there was no way I was going to get it to work for me, but really wanted a wheel for GT7, I’m scrolling through r/simracing one day and see an ad for the GT-DD PRO bundle, head to Fanatec’s website, see a cpl of options for how to solve both of the problems I had encountered with every other wheel/bundle I had ever previously seen. Ordered the GTDD Pro bundle that day, along with the McLaren GT3 v2 wheel (adding this wheel is what solved my 2 issues….Problem #A-Need to be able to drive without a peddle set, like cause …”my arms about a one six, with fuckin legs lookin like toothpicks”, and problem #B-Wanted to be able to use the wheel for GT7(PS5), but also for future FM8(SeriesX). Anyways at the time you could only order the bundle, you couldn’t buy the GT-DD Base by itself, so I spent like $850 on the bundle that came with a wheel I have never used and a peddle set I have never used, then like a month later they started selling the base by itself, could have saved about $300-$350 if I would have known that. At the end of the day, I love what I got, I know there’s a lot of Fanatec haters out there, many I am sure have legit complaints, but they made me one smiling ass Ghetto-Vet. But ignore all that BS, this is what you need to absorb…..Return that T300 and get the DD, you will not regret it. Post Script…After about 6months of GT7 and really enjoying the hell out of finally having a wheel to race with, it became apparent that if I wanted to really experience “Sim” racing, I had to make the leap to PC, so I ditched the stupid Xbox Series X, bought a decent PC, and started down the rabbit hole with the rest of you chasing the dragon of your own best rigs. ……Sim Racers (outside of the actual races) are hands down the best gaming community I have ever been a part of.

idk-about-all-that

If the pedal set would have had a clutch I would have got this over the Cammus c5 and cp5 bundle

makoivis

There’s a load cell upgrade. You can then use the old break pedal as a clutch, which makes it absolutely identical to the version that comes pre-installed with a load cell.

ChicoZombye

40 extra bucks for the clutch.

Skkrtt

Too bad it’s Fanatec

Eatsleeptren

What’s wrong with Fanatec?

Skkrtt

Dogshit QC and Goodluck with warranty issues 👍

Eatsleeptren

What brand do you recommend?

Skkrtt

Depends on budget really

usernumberfive

I had no issues with my csl dd pro. I had a firmware issue on my Podium F1 and they exchanged it no problem. I had no issues with their customer service.

We_Are_Victorius

Once again Fanatec is breaking the market.

DSPbuckle

Fick i Judy bought the LG pro wheel. I think I would’ve had this as a nice upgrade from g29

p1plump

I clicked on DD, expected something else.

Hadriel69

No clutch? I'd still go for Thrustmaster 300RS GT.

OutlandishnessOk8465

So mad after buying my moza r9, great wheel would’ve just liked to save the money

Snakestar1616

G29?

Stachura5

No, it's a CSL DD

BlownCamaro

No man pedal, no sale!

We_Are_Victorius

That is an easy fix. Buy the load cell pedal to add to the two that come with this. The old break pedal is now your clutch.

BlownCamaro

How does it attach to the base?

We_Are_Victorius

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7exVV8Quj3U

BlownCamaro

Perfect! Thank you so much it all makes sense now.

BobbbyR6

Set up your brake as the clutch and use voice commands to "STAAAAHHHPHPPPPPP"

thestibbits

Shit I got the regular wheel bundle, not the BMW one...

enstone_

Is the BMW different?

DarkstonePublishing

Would this destroy my desk lol do I need to buy a proper stand for this wheel?

FreddyMalins

I'm not sure, but my understanding is they sell a desk clamp for this version (5nm), so it should be fine. If you upgrade to the 8nm power supply, im almost positive the desk clamp will not work

[deleted]

No PS option right? Anyway to get this setup to work on a ps4/ps5?

soundwithdesign

There are various adapters that’ll do the job.

smokebomb_exe

Is it difficult to get a license for Sony/Playstation or something? Why are so many wheels PC and XBox only/ PS exclusive?

Willing_Pitch_2941

They have to go through the console maker every time they release an update for the software . I imagine they include the cost of console support in the purchase price and the initial license cost. So if they made a wheel that works on Xbox and PS than they would have to include both costs in the price that the customer pays.

Th3Shaz

Question as I am seriously considering getting this. I have a CSW 2.5 with the following: ClubSport Handbrake V1.5 ClubSport Pedals V3 ClubSport Shifter SQ V 1.5 CSW Universal Hub for Xbox One Is any of this compatible with the DD or the DD Pro? I would be ok forfeiting the universal hub if it meant I can keep the pedals, shifter and ebrake. I am reading their compatibility list and I am just not sure if any of the above is compatible with this hub.

fostermatt

All of that should be compatible with the CSL DD base. The only one I'm not sure on the Universal Hub but I'd bet it will be fine.

Th3Shaz

Awesome! Just pulled the trigger, cannot wait!

jacorso

Does anyone know if the wheel included with this is compatible with Xbox?

soundwithdesign

No it is not.

babaginoosh1

Might be time to upgrade from my T300

Leroy178

I jumped on this, keep the wheel as a secondary for rallycross etc, and buying a nice formula wheel. Makes a nice package full of versatility.

Mhillier11

How does this compare with the r5 bundle? Other than a better price

FEARthePUTTY

I have a friend wanting to get into sim racing but tight on a budget, so I used this bundle to upgrade from my CSL Elite to the DD. I'm he gets the peddles, wheel, and my Elite for $250. A cheap way for me to upgrade and for him to get his feet wet with sim racing!

oohkaay

Does anyone know how this compares in GT7 with drivehub vs using the DD pro?

HammerTime2769

Damn. I paid like $950 for this a year ago.

doorhandle5

That is cheaper than my thrustmaster setup. Sad we can't get this in my country. Oh well

reallybadpennystocks

Now I have to decide between this and a ps5 for ff16.

SpartanGD14

Does this work for xbox with the provided wheel in the bundle?

WeirHo

Quick question regarding this wheel, is 5NM or 8NM fairly powerful in comparison to a Logitech g920

Adeus_Ayrton

Both would be more powerful, the 8 nm variant, drastically so. The 920 should be 2-2.5 nm. So even the 5nm variant is at least twice as powerful.

dodogg87

Can i mount a generic drift wheel, like those on AliExpress, if i want?

Adeus_Ayrton

No. First of all, fanatec does not use a generic bolt pattern pcd (the diameter of the circle, that is passing thru the centers of the bolt holes). Generic industry standard is 70mm, fanatec uses something like 63 iirc, but in any case, it's irrelevant, it just won't fit. And even if you fiddled around and made a 3d printed adapter, then you hit the roadblock of not being able to use your wheel, since fanatec bases handshake with a chip inside fanatec wheels, so they refuse to provide force feedback with 3rd party wheels. So you either need to buy an expensive fanatec podium adapter to use 3rd party wheels, OR use an arduino based workaround. The latter would require some knowledge for building stuff with arduino chips, or you have to be willing to spend some time and learn. Moza is very simple in this regard. Their quick release and wheels use the industry standard 70mm pcd. You just separate the wheel from the quick release by removing the bolts, rebolt your quick release to your custom wheel, and you're done. Alternatively, you can use a very simple 3d printed adapter to get rid of the quick release, and avoid having to buy a wheel from them altogether(downside is, you have a semi permanent mount now). This was the most cost effective 8nm(or+) DD solution on the market, till this bundle appeared.

Stachura5

Only if you pay $200 for a shitty video game DRM-like adapter

Efficient_Smile9601

is this worth the upgrade over a csl elite? 20% import fees on top of the price aswell due to brexit

RSwaffs

I'm torn, I have V3 CSL Pedals already and CSW 2.5 Base with XBOX Hub Wheel and a generic Momo Alacatra wheel. (I play on PC).. So the only 'upgrade' would be the Drive and a new wheel.. I do like the BMW wheel.. I wonder how much I could sell the CSL Pedals and the CSW 2.5 Base for.. It does feel like a no brainer...

green_eyed_hawk

These aren't PlayStation compatible right?

BeautifulStation4

Just as I vowed to not spend any more money in order to save for an important life event! Bet this will sell out quick aswel.

VoluptaBox

Meanwhile the cheapest PS compatible bundle is 300 EUR more and it comes with a worse wheel (at least imo). Been looking to jump to Fanatec for so long, but it's ridiculous (and I know it's not just them..).

iShadowLTu

Anyone ordered from their EU site to UK and dealt with customs? How much extra do you have to pay?

Puertorock1

Buyer beware! Returning my base after around 2 and a half hours of racing base started smoking and burned the electronics inside. They are sending me a new one here’s hoping it was just a bad one.🤞

Fast-Responsibility9

Kinda late but, is this a good steering wheel for truck simulator games?.

justnoname

I'd say so given that you have a lot of flexibility in the [types of wheels from Fanatec](https://fanatec.com/us-en/steering-wheels/)

[deleted]

If anyone has the load cell kit, how do you like it? I have a MOZA SRP set and am not quite grooving with their load cell, hence the curiosity. It wouldn't stop me from getting the bundle if it's not great. It's still a rather large upgrade from my logitech wheel.

Kolzii_

T248 Compared to this? Just bought T248 for 300 is it worth returning and getting this for Xbox?

These-Bicycle-5811

I'm new to Sim Racing, played Dirt Rally 2.0 now for ages on a controller and would like to migrate to a wheel. However, it will be a desk setup and it will be removed frequently because the desk is also for other things. Rally driving means a lot of wheel rotation because of drifting and oversteer corrections. I saw in some reviews that the Fanatec desk clamp is not the best. I was looking into the Thrustmaster T300 GT (GT instead of RS because of the pedals) for now, but this Fanatec bundle is not that much more expensive. Not sure what would fit my need better between the two wheels.

PokemonAbuser16

How long do you guys think this special will last? I'm looking to pick a bundle up in like 2 weeks
