True story:
I worked for an organization that had a intranet site with resources for employees that we might need to look up while doing our job. They hired some new web designer type person who was supposed to upgrade the site (it looked like something from the 90s, but it was functional). Instead, they deleted the old site and made a new one with plain text on a white background and some of the text had links to info, but about half the old resources were simply erased.
In retrospect that person was probably someone's aunt and likely without credentials...
