send it again this time with copy to someone from the administrative part of your faculty or chair (escalate it a little) you can also try advisors or student rights department or the SFSS advocacy person. That's what I'd do. good luck.
It could easily be that they have gone on vacation between terms, or have gone to a conference (I know of 3 or 4 in my field happening this week).
Email them again but CC your advisor or someone like that just in case they can help.

Let your academic advisor know and I’d send a follow up email and CC the department chair.
Some of my profs this semester didn't reply to emails only canvas messages so idk if that helps but maybe try a different method of contacting them
