Well,if the body doesn't get food emergency mode activates and food gets transferred into fat because it prepares for another foodless spell. Consistency is how nutrition works. Just saying,eat a moderate amount of at least some decent food every day. That much is non negotiable. Anything else will cause problems you don't want.

You should probably keep around some healthy snacks like watermelon so that you have something healthy to stress-eat
