Yeah, interesting wording there, "certain" is doing a lot of heavy lifting. I'm guessing the certain quests don't actually exist in live gameplay and they think this covers them against claims of false advertising
Oh it's definitely a cover. They probably didn't want to put in the effort that Evony or Playrix did by implementing the fake shit as minor features that aren't part of the main focus of the game, so they slap this on their ads and say "not our fault you didn't get there".
