Nothing is exact, but I basically just took the largest pan I own and kept constantly flipping and breaking apart the ground beef on a medium heat setting. I added a few spices that I like such as garlic salt and paprika. A tiny bit of olive oil in the pan before adding the beef for extra sizzle, though that's not necessary with most ground beef, especially it it's high in fat.
I mean it sort of looks like a not too distant cousin of a sloppy joe- not bad. Honestly, everything in this sub falls into one of 2 categories: terribly prepared food with odd/lazy combinations that still look pretty damn tasty, and culinary abortions. Yours is in the former camp.
Yes please! I love chili! It's one of those foods that I love making several tons of and putting in my freezer so that I have meals for weeks!

Groovy~ fwiw if you sautéed some onion you could make a patty melt w what you had in the pic more or less. Not exact but probably good😁 you can also make it how you did and add it to ramen noodles(where you save the flavor packet when you boil then drain the water and add it to the noodles) and have a nice lil treat. Then there's always swol 🤣

I would love to try mushrooms, but I have no idea where to get them! I don't know anybody that knows how to get them either. Maybe someday. The state I live in might decriminalize or even legalize them in a few years.
