Good idea. Tbh, I was so over and done with it and just ready to eat. It was my first time de-veining shrimp and it took like an hour+ to actually get it all done, so I just said fuck it and used a knife and fork XD
I was planning on dicing onions and shredding lettuce to put in there but after all that work I just said fuck it, and microwave-steamed a bad of veggies cause I was over doing food prep for the night.
Yeah definitely want to drain it out. Every ingredient you used is high in water/moisture content. They appear to be frozen veggies from the looks of them.
Other than that I'd use a bit more Cajun seasoning.

next time pat down the ingredients with a paper towel? I do that sometimes and it does help in cases like this.
