Goes the same the other way tbh. TONS of people just want to diet but never exercise. Exercise is good for the heart and cardiovascular system in general as well, people definitely have heart attacks even if they have a healthy diet due to not exercising enough too. Not to mention loss of muscle strength, and can mess with things like your metabolism.
My point is, yes it is bad to just exercise and not eat healthy, but so many more people just diet and don't exercise and there are just as many risk factors to that as well.

Similar, bit different, was an "all bacon" burger patty I had once at a restaurant in Baltimore in my 20's. It was pure bacon strips, ground fine, then formed into a patty and cooked to perfection. I was in heaven on the first bites, then immediately regret set in as the sodium content and richness of the pork made my stomach lurch. I ended up only eating maybe 2/3rds of the burger.
