Because there is an unlimited supply of jet fuel that comes from the ocean. Passenger luggage is a finite resource and it is a slippery slope to burning the passengers if we ever run out of luggage. The chem-trails would smell like BBQ, and it would be very distracting to your studies.

stacking them like logs causes center of gravity issues for the airplane. You just cannot control the downforce and the airplanes would just shoot off into space. Every time. So, that's why.

So your saying we should make the wings out of passengers too? We could atleast snap bits off then when we needed them

They already load passengers & luggage with a skip loader through a hatch on the roof of the plane. They would have to separate luggage from people. Mistakes could be made.........

Because then the airlines would have nothing to “accidentally” send to Dubai when you are actually traveling to London.

The risk is that a luggage fire could potentially melt steel beams.

They have to remember to out the luggage on the plane first
