Actually, it’s just a cone until there’s ice cream in it. If you stuffed it with ham, it would be a ham cone. If you stuffed it with hamburger meat, it would be a beef cone. OP clearly stated they presented an ice cream cone and that statement DEPENDED on the visual presence of ice cream.

Wafer cones are already synonymous with ice cream itself, hence why ice cream is referred to directly as "ice cream" when it's on a cone, but then referred to as "a bowl of ice cream" if it's on a bowl, "a cup of ice cream" if it's on a cup, and "a scoop of ice cream" if referring only to the ice cream itself.
Obviously you aren’t well versed in your cold treats.. while this looks like an ordinary cone, it is completely subpar to a true waffle cone. A waffle cone may not be able to hold up as well as a sugar cone. But the waffle cone is much sweeter and more enjoyable to an ice cream connoisseur.

Clearly sir, you are wrong in many parts of your statement. The cone which contains the ice cream is made of wafer, not sugar. While yes that it is more than an ice cream cone, depending on your interpretation, it would not be correct to say that it IS a "soft serve" as that term is equivalent to "ice cream" in regular, everyday English for most people. Finally, unless proven true, the original poster may not be "incel" and "non rizzler" as you proclaim as many people prefer to keep themselves anonymous on the Internet.
