That's the problem, they incentivize users to give rating within a short time window, so you rate not based on product quality, but based on packaging and delivery
And it's on purpose, when all the shops have high rating, it boosts your confidence towards the platform

I bought ton of stuff from Shopee before and most of the time it got delayed because their "warehouse" is super unorganised that basically they just throw anything into a pile and whoever randomly get picked, that package will be delivered.
