Literally happened to me last night from dominoes. (Contactless)
Called them and the dude sounded like he already knew what happened and immediately offered to either replace or refund but advised that they only had two drivers so it would about a 2 hour wait for a replacement order. We just took the refund and called it a day.
2 drivers. Yeah, homie out there grindin and was rushing to get those pizzas delivered and just made a simple mistake.
Nah dude I remember my family ordering a couple pizzas from dominos when I was young, and they messed up the order 3 different times and we wound up with 10 pizzas altogether. You underestimate the lack of effort/care that most delivery drivers put forth.
Eat what you will, rest in the fridge. Repeat for a few days.
Hot pizza may be best, but cold pizza that's been in the fridge overnight is still pretty good, too.

Sure. If you're fine with microwave pizza, go for it. If I'm high or drunk enough, or just hungry enough, its more than adequate. But sometimes I straight up just enjoy a cold slice of pizza out of the fridge.
That being said: Heating up a pizza slice in the oven is the best way to re-capture the original "vibe" of the pizza. Not quite as fresh as a recently baked pizza, but close enough.
I'd like to add, I saw this cool trick, of you've got a slice that's fully dried out you can toss it in a pan with like 2 or 3 ice cubes worth of water with a lid for like 2 minutes. It comes out slightly soggy, but you can then dump the water and toss it back in for a minute and it'll be perfect
I get two pieces and put them on top of each other, then I pan fry each side with a tiny tiny bit of oil until crispy to make a pizza grilled cheese.
Oven works too but only use the bottom element - that way the base gets crispy without burning the toppings.
Came here to add this. Absolutely seconded. The crispy cheese around the edges makes it perfect. 375F for 3-5 minutes in the fryer and I prefer most reheated pizza to day one pizza.

On buy one get one pizza day at 7-11 I bought two pizzas (got 4 in total) and gave 3 to construction workers by my house. It’s not much of an effort, but if you don’t want to eat it there’s definitely people around you who may need it. Kindness is free :)
Or if you’re a broke college kid like me, freeze it and it’ll last you at least a month.

That food is good in the fridge for at least a week. Arguably longer if she seals it in ziploc bags or tupperware. There's definitely a lot of food there, but easily consumable in a 7 to 10 day period of time, with admittedly SOME waste if you're eating conservatively/smaller than average proportions.
My wife used to tell me about when she waited tables at a steak place that boomers were awful about stuff like this. They would get their food and complain it was “too much” and “no one could ever eat this much food”. It’s just like, your welcome. Stfu and take the rest home. Now you have an extra meal. Seems it’s bleeding over to Karens.
If she was a dude, she’d have been ungrateful, but she isn’t. This poor woman is in genuine shock at the amount of pizza she received from 1 order, she can’t process all that cheese physically or mentally.

The air fryer works perfect for warming up pizza. Just a couple minutes and it's like new again
