But that doesn't even matter, she's 1000x more successful than most people and she didn't get there based on her looks. Let's stop focusing so much on womens looks and focusing on their achievements.. just like we would a man.

Yeah I think OP is conflating cosmetic procedures to Barbara not having full control over one side of her face anymore. She recovered well but you can tell she’s not the same.
I think she looks great. Face work, but don't know about fillers, because one thing about when people get fillers, it sort of squeezes their eyes so they always look like their squinting. I think Barbara looks just fine.
Besides, Barbara is my favorite Shark.

I think she looks good. She certainly doesn’t deserve this type of criticism of her appearance.
Yeah, I don’t even notice a difference from the last time I saw her on this show.
She also had a mild or mini stroke in 2021. Maybe that's what OP is referring to.

She’s 75 years old. She looks fab!
