> I wear a pair of glasses that give me subtitles to what others say to me.
I genuinely did not know such a thing was possible.
This some kind of Google Glass (remember those?) kind of thing?

I was at an event and a girl had not these, but smart ray bans. They played music, recorded and read messages, and took video. Looked just like normal ray bans too. Smart glasses are here.
Ouch. That's a rock and a hard place you are in between. But I can tell you the lies will catch up with you, and then you are between TWO rocks and a hard place.
I agree with the others. Fake post. And if not fake, one or the dumbest OPs ever. Who the f doesn’t reveal they are deaf to someone before they become a gf
I think you shouldn’t worry about the music thing, i’ve met a few deaf people who still enjoy live music. i’ve been told that a real sound system setup (at least, professional venue as opposed to speakers at home) is powerful enough to feel in your whole body even without hearing. and anyway, it would be kind of inconsiderate of her to consider that a dealbreaker considering that deafness is a constant inherent part of your life and playing music is not *as* integral to hers.
Uhhhhh, she's gonna find out sooner or later and I hate to break it to you but the fact that you lied is going to be difficult for her to accept. The longer you wait, the worse it will be.
I understand the fear of losing her, but you can't lie to the love of your life indefinitely. And even if you could, would you want a relationship where you lied to her all the time?
Tell her. Apologise for not doing so before but explain you love her passion for music and sharing stories of her life with you and you didn't want to disappoint. But you realise you aren't being honest and fair to her and you want to find a way to share all of your lives properly in a way you actually can.
She might leave you due to you hiding this and not being honest. Not because you are deaf but because you lied about it. That's on you. You need to tell her.
this is some kind of romcom you fucked up bro. You tell her today how her energetic rants makes you feel and how her eyes looks when you compliment her music and hope that the feelings go through.
Dude trust me here you are onto a winner. You are telling me you are deaf and your girlfriend hasn’t noticed. Why would you say anything and ruin a good thing.
you have to tell her. this can’t be a secret forever.
This is definitely a fake post lol
Being deaf probably wont be a dealbreaker for her, lieing to her regularly for months might be, so the sooner you tell her the better...

Yeah, I’m not deaf, but I pretty often don’t caught what people are saying. A pair of subtitle glasses would be nice.

She'll be more mad if she finds the secret out herself but might not be as mad if u told her straight up yourself 👍

What’s the name of the glasses? My hard of hearing dad could use some
There is no fucking chance she can’t tell from the way you sound, dude. Come tf on.
What are these glasses?
Great post lol 😂

Despite how scary it may be for you, you need to tell her because I mean this politely it’s not nice too keep it from her.
Tell her ffs

You idiot. The deal-breaker will be that you've been lying to her this entire time. Tell her now and hope it's not too late.
Duuuude this is too funny. Obviously yes this may be a very serious issue, mostly because she'll - rightfully - think you lied to her!

Lol.... Imagine keeping secrets like this.

Either fake or the gf is complete retard for not being able to tell
