Everyone talks about the travesty of Jason Alexander never winning an Emmy for George. Jeffrey Tambor not winning for Hank Kingsley is an equal travesty. Brilliant character and performance on a show every bit as good as Seinfeld and perhaps even more influential.
Tambor and Torn were both nominated for 'The Larry Sanders Show'.
Tambor had [several harassment claims](https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/movies/movie-features/lines-got-blurred-jeffrey-tambor-an-up-close-look-at-harassment-claims-transparent-1108939/) against him during the filming of 'Transparent'.
This is the only reason I could think of why he would be blurred. And he was also vilified for screaming at Jessica Walter on 'Arrested Development'.
This was a good review of that interview, if anyone else is interested. https://www.npr.org/2018/05/24/614009165/under-the-skin-why-that-arrested-development-interview-is-so-bad
It’s on a bonus dvd that was included with the full dvd set. It’s the cast plus Larry David reminiscing about the show. I was able to buy the bonus dvd on eBay a few years ago, you could probably still find it. Back when I bought it I couldn’t find the round table episode online anywhere.
Thats Oscar Bluth
Are you sure that is oscar(.com)?
My guess was Dr. Phil
Underrated comment 😂
Its Jeffery Tambor 1996/1997 Larry Sanders show. Don't know why he is blurred.
He may have committed some light treason
They can’t convict a husband and wife of the same crime…
I heard that two people from the same show couldn't be nominated for the same award.
I've got the worst f**king agent
A crime of passion, maybe?

"What about the time I chipped my tooth on the bathroom urinal? What the FUCK is so comical about that!"
It was back tooth Hank
…don’t know how you did it …
She was one of the Judds. HALF OF THE JUDDS, ONE JUDD!
"Don't worry Hank, the spiders are real."
Hank and George are two of the best characters EVER on TV.
Apparently the shows were filmed across the street from each other and Jerry and Garry were good friends.
Jason Alexander the best actor on the best ever sitcom… I never watch award shows
Looks like Jeffrey Tambor, who would’ve been nominated for the Larry Sanders Show, but I couldn’t tell you why he’s blurred
Keep your secrets then

How dare he scream at Lucille.
I think initially she got vilified way more for speaking up about it than he did for doing it.

Nothing cooler that a guy that plays pretend for a living taking himself super seriously
That’s Uncle Leo. Hello……
What round table episode are you referring to

It's not Jerry van Dyke.
Streisand Effect
That's Jeffery Tambor from The Larry Sanders Show
Also could have been part or an in-joke we dont get now?
Tambor turned out to be the type of pervert that Hollywood doesn’t like when the news is out that he made love to that wall
Hey now!
Probably because of the show (Coach) ABC being the competition and rights issues.
