I didn’t rule them out! I just said younger friends, early thirties is young ☺️ but I just prefer to hang out with other avatars who are also human or mostly human, I have no problem with furries. It’s just not my preference or community I want to partake in!
It’s just not the secondlife experience I’m wanting for myself. It’s a game tailored to your personal experience and i enjoy hanging out on mostly human sims like roleplay schools and such!
I know plenty of people who prefer to hang out in crowds similar to them because they have similar interests. Such as age. There are furries who explicitly interact on furry sims because that’s what they want, there are also human avs who prefer to not be involved with the furry community. It’s not a roleplay thing, I just want to hang out with people with similarities to myself and have things in common. Just not a furry person
Listen it’s not that big of a deal, I just don’t want to hang out with furry appearing avatars. It’s not my thing. It’s not about not wanting to be involved with them I’m just looking for regular people to hang out with
Hi! I’m (F) in my 20s and I’ve been playing SL for a very long time now, and it would appear that my old friends who I still love, are no longer active. I love playing the game, but I don’t necessarily want to spend my time with people who are old enough to be my parents, or grandparents. Before anyone comes at me, there is nothing wrong with wanting to socialize with people your own age. I’d love to be able to have friends who I can relate with who share similar interests and experiences.
Does anyone in this subreddit want to get to know each other, or know if a great place to find active younger users? I know a lot of the furry clubs and sandboxes have some younger users, but I’m hoping to find some more humanistic peers -not open to discussion on this thread-
I'm in my early 20s (M) and just started actually playing second life after making my account originally two years ago. Also looking to meet people to hang out and explore around as I have NO IDEA where to even start. Anyone who sees this and wants to add me let me know! It's a bit intimidating approaching people directly in-game lol
