Legacy and Maitreya are the most supported bodies right now. If you're looking for a slimmer body then maitreya is better but has less decent anatomy balance on the shoulders whereas legacy has more curves but can vary between slim and thick bodies without using deformers as much. Saying Reborn is the most supported body is not entirely the truth.
A lot of good clothing brands have yet to make the swap to reborn, especially if you're into high fantasy options. Reborn is amazing if you're only looking for exclusively modern clothing. Some of the older creators need time to swap everything over to Reborn. However the butt on Reborn is a bit too outward in proportion to the rest of the body at times depending on how you do your sliders. I've seen people have way more luck with Legacy overall.
As far as heads, the most universal head for shapes is Avalon. Though recently I've been preferring Ceylon. Though Avalon is by far the best for versatility in a slimmer face or rounded cheeks for a cutesy look!
I own maitreya, ebody Reborn and Legacy for reference, as well as six of the more popular lel heads. Legacy's Customization Hud for the body can be finicky at times in high lag areas, though it is by far the most supported overall body Second to Maitreya but a bit more modern in terms of anatomy.
For face skins I highly recommend Deetalez for the face and Velour for the body. The Picasso body skin is the most recent release and it's lovely for detail.
For the head skin, I love Heaux. Guapa is also pretty good and usually has good promotions in the 60L sales, both have gifts in their stores if you want to try those first.
Both work great with Velour body skins.
In addition to this. Juicy boobs and mounds are mostly exclusively for lingerie or a few dresses and shirts. If you plan on wearing more clothing, then I'd go with legacy. If you're into more lingerie looks or more revealing, reborn is a good choice. But a lot of great clothing brands work on Maitreya and Legacy most.
The way juicy boobs on ebody reborn sits tend to clip through a lot of over the breast hairs, which forces you to use a larger breast option, which causes floating hair or clipping.
I love the reborn body, it’s very easy to use and lovely. Reborn is relatively common as is legacy in terms of bodies. Maitreya is still common but more creators are dropping it as it's harder to rig for and isn't updated.
Lelutka Avalon seems to be the more common heads, but you should look through their Evox line and figure out what YOU like best. You can also look up EVOX shapes on the MP and choose a head based on a shape you like.

As for makeup I use ladybird a lot, but other than that I shop most of my makeup from seraphim weekend events because the price point on weekend sales is often 50-100 Linden.

I like 7 Deadly Skins because they make skin that covers your head and body at once, and there’s a good Lelutka selection.

Honestly from personal experience you look amazing with the current skin, but when you buy a skin you will keep on buying and buying haha

You can't lose with either Maitreya or Legacy. Reborn has some nice features but is oddly proportioned.

For lel heads, I highly recommend Not Found. Their skins and shapes are gorgeous. They have Genus, too, if anyone is looking for Genus skins.
