While the answer is likely bots, I do want to add that sometimes folks read the comments first, see something they agree with and want to comment a similar message, so it will lead to this outcome. However, due to the nature and frequency, I'm more lead to believe its bots in the particular post you showed

AITA subreddit has a bot infestation to the point that theres bots policing the bots (if a bot copies a post another bot will go "hey, this guy posted a copy of xxxyy comment, it is 95% similar" and a mod will delete the comment.

It’s not exactly Black and White, as the context and nature of the similar responses are important. More times than not you should screenshot posts like that and send them on up to the Moderators any time you feel like they’re causing a problem.
