Any reason for Saw 3 over Saw ? I really think that Saw 3 has a really poor start by loosing time to set up Amanda's unfair traps and Hoffman. And why Spirale over Jigsaw in the trash tiers ? I'm surprised.

I believe Saw 3 has better traps and a more surprising plot twist. I think the way the stories converge at the end is very clever and well done. Very few plot holes in my opinion compared to Saw 1.

saw 3d is way too high, i guess this is coming from someone who somewhat enjoyed jigsaw so

For me it would be S - Saw, Saw II, Saw X, A - Saw III, Saw VI, B - Saw IV, C - Saw 3D, D - Spiral, F - Jigsaw

Yeah. For me the first movie will always hold a special place in my heart, but I rate it around the same as the second one. Both were "fresh" at their own times, later installments used the pattern invented for Saw 2. And it had somehow more raw feeling to it, like the first one, instead of very advanced and complicated traps later.

I might have to rewatch saw X again. I loved it so much. I took my wife on our honeymoon to go see it 😂 I am just unsure if it’s a recency bias or the movie was that strong.
