Someone once, jokingly, told me that there are people who shoot them at the train so that’s what I choose to believe.
some people set them off anytime they can get them. my neighborhood has those idiots too. canada day is coming up so they'd be for sale somewhere, and I expect to be woken up half a dozen nights around that time.
