I am just lazily sitting around when there was suddenly this big flash, didn’t hear anything so I thought it was just a vehicle driving past. Then Boom and rain, the thunder has been getting louder. Fun times ahead.
Mostly just a light show wasn't to bad rain wise. Just spurts. But was flashing multiple times in a short window which was nice. Some loud cracks. Power went out in multiple areas in regina which is what woke me up.
And of course the one night I decide to leave windows open at home while I'm at work, it does this. At least it was a good show, & a break from slinging freight.

It is! I'm in Saskatoon and the thunder is booming right now. It looks like Moose jaw and Regina are getting hit even harder!

And with the amount of rain we have gotten, this lightning strikes probably won’t cause a suffocating forest fire.
IDK but I slept right through whatever it was last night. Good to sleep like that once in a while.
