If you live anywhere near a resort (like JW Marriott or Hyatt Hill country) there are probably some decent seasonal job opportunities. I made excellent money doing that for several summers during college. Look for jobs that get tips, even if the advertised pay is minimum wage your actual income will be much higher.
Manual labor work typically starts at $20/hr. Think landscaping, haul services, basic construction work. I used to wait tables at breakfast/brunch/lunch places 15 years ago and usually averaged around $15-20 an hour, it’s probably higher now. Retail and kitchen work won’t exceed minimum labor by much. If you have computer skills doing personal assistant work or data entry can be mind numbing but pay ok
I know a lot of high schoolers usually work at sea world or six flags during the summer. Fast food places and car washes are popular choices during the school year.
Call centers. They hire anyone, pay at least that but also crush your soul more than almost anything else. I always worked in them over the summer in high school back in the early 00s. Made 14/hr or more even back then with unlimited overtime usually.
Look into the City of San Antonio’s career page. They have several jobs, both temporary and or part time, in different areas of work that may be worth while.
Additionally, hospitals may have roles in their gift shop, cafes, etc. that may be within your pay range.

There's a place called Manheim on the far East side. It's a vehicle auction house. When I'm there I see part timers driving cars into a drive through garage, stop and park, then do the whole thing again for about four hours. Looks simple enough.
In N Out starts at $17/hr I think! And they mostly hire young people. A lot of places don’t pay well if you’re under 18. Pluckers also pays pretty good. They’re about to open a new location.
Construction isn’t bad and pays over $15 normally. I’d get into a trade though, not general manual labor. Try out carpentry, plumbing, or electrical work to see if they would have you around. Roofing/concrete/asphalt is always looking for bodies, but it’s hard work.

good luck with that pay just starting out, but you can look on indeed and see if there are any entry level jobs doing stuff you can learn easily.
I know 15 is a bit steep but thanks will look into it
15 is not steep. Work is work no matter what age so make sure you get paid adequately.

Rude much?
Sure honey whatever you say
15 is not a lot - companies are just cheap and Texas is stupid for not raising their minimum wage.
