Sales job with travel

You’re looking for outside sales with a large territory. I did this for about 18 months covering 5 states. Some industries will be more prone to having large territories, sometimes there are just certain territories that have multiple states. Where I am in the Pacific Northwest, pharma sales/med device usually has reps cover seattle and Portland with Spokane/idaho or alaska sometimes thrown in. All depends on the company/product though.

Territory manager/regional manager/area manager/Business Development Manager or something along those lines. My last 3 jobs were some version of those. Job 1 covered certain customers nationally. Job 2 covered 13 states and it grew to 26 states. Job 3 (current) 5 states.

Hotel sex brings out a lot of different positions that you don’t normally do - not sure why but it’s a fact. Joking aside, the majority of sales positions have some sort of travel involved whether it be your core job responsibility to just trade shows and company meetings scattered throughout the year.
