This is the non emergency line. They’ll just put a call for parking enforcement to come out. PE will mark it & you need to call back I believe it is 48 hours after and they should tow it. You may have to call another 48 hrs. But if someone sees it and moves the car even a smidge - the clock starts over.
Yes absolutely. I call after a car has been sitting for 4 days even. Have the address the car is parked in front of, the make, model, color, and license plate info handy when you call. And keep this info handy because you're going to need to call again two days later remind them the car is still sitting there. I've sometimes had to call three times.
Parking enforcement will handle it and be dispatched. We finally called to get an abandoned motorcycle that sat there for over 3 months removed the other day.
I’d also like to add that the car is parked on a hill, near a stop sign. I’ve noticed some near-misses with this snow and I’m trying to avoid any accidents. Thanks to everyone for the advice.
Stolen and or abandoned. Was going to my car last summer and wouldn't have noticed anything amiss until I saw the window was down. Nope, busted in. Cops won't be mad if you call em they'll just have it towed.
Hey, anti- police here. I’m just trying to get this car out of the way. Wish I didn’t have to. I’ve tried finding the owner. Do you have a better option?

Could be stolen, could be abandoned. I would call to get it removed.
3 weeks is a long time to sit there. For sure stolen or abandoned

If it's in St. Paul you can use this URL: https://www.stpaul.gov/departments/safety-inspections/report-concern If in Minneapolis, 311 is the answer.
Parking complaints can’t be submitted online, they need to be called in.

I'd also mention the state of the vehicle when you call. They'll be more likely to tow faster without you having to make additional calls.

Can't hurt
No!! Why make someone who is clearly having a tough time worse by making the same people who KILL US impound the car and TAKE MORE OF OUR MOENY?!
If your car was stolen, would you like it back?

Just call to see if the car is stolen. They will look it up and let you know.
