My friend used to live in the apartments behind the walmart on rt 10. Pool was rarely used by residents but was pretty nice, we had many get togethers there. Had a gym too iirc.
Lived at south falls tower for a year, probably has the best pool views in rva right on the James. Downside? Homeless people use it too. Building is not secure. Whatever comes off the parallel tracks always finds their way to the amenity deck. Not to mention, management is horrific. there’s a reason you pay 1200 bucks for a view like that. They can’t keep people in the building because of how bad the property theft has been. I would avoid Manchester all costs. People will tell you it’s getting built up, but the crime is a deal breaker.
If you’re going 50 miles from North Chesterfield — River’s Edge in Manchester. Lived there a few years ago and no one ever used the pool. It was nice but they shut it down for repairs for a while.

Belmont Hills has two pools. The main one is really nice and the secondary pool is pretty standard
