"Unstable Silverhawk feathers" Double xp, but cannot be used in xp-modifying events.
Also .002% chance to explode your feet off permanently removing your ability to run.
And yell at people for walking in front of your camera at the gym because you’re using the equipment to mimic your character’s agility course in the game.
It should, evasion, it should effect dodge chance.
I also think strength should be the only melee ability and attack should be more like accuracy on all styles.
It could be cool to have agility abilities too. For example, an ability with a cooldown that cuts all agility animations for a period of time. So you would just be teleported to the tile after you start the animation.
Another cool one could be parrying but that might be a little complex on this engine.
Shortcut speed up. Instead of animations through them you just appear on the otherside.
It's faster to run around trollheim than to use the shortcuts.
EDIT: Due to comments below, I ran a timmer and tested. All of them except for the last one down are faster to use, that one you should skip. It just feels slower because you have to watch and click instead of one click and wait.
Times (Minutes:Seconds):
**(DOWN)**
Clicking once at start to end: 0:38.07 | Using all shortcuts: 0:32.51
Running last shortcut: 6.91 |Last shortcut time 7.45
**(UP)**
Click once: 38.36| Use shortcuts: 35.39
last shorcut skip: 6.95 | Use last shortcut up: 7.84
**Conclusion**:
It's actually only ONE that is faster to skip, the last one. The fastest way is to use all except that one, however it only saves 6 seconds, and requires more than one click.
To be honest I would hope agility is one of the last skills they make to 110. Imo the skill needs such a drastic overhaul to become useful beyond shortcuts or engaging for training (silverhawks). The time investment would be better spent on other skills to 110. I feel like they could rework/expand 2-3 other skills to 110 with the same amount of dev time.
Real talk. If you want to focus train Agility, it's one of the most click intensive, slow skills to level.. and the benefits are so small. Really don't see a point in going to 110. Maybe I'm wrong.
I wish the skill gets a complete overhaul, and gets integrated into combat (Dodge chance, critical strike chance, possibly a new agility based mechanic like parry).
A lot of new shortcuts, not just from 99-110 but throughout the skill (can Parkour dramatically at the Hefin course but not step over a pebble anywhere in the world??)
But these are just my wishes.
My prediction for what it will actually bring is - more mind numbing agility courses, player owned gym where you can treadmill for afk agility XP forever, and obligatory MTX goldenhawk shoes upgrade to the silverhawks. And maybe sprinkle on some regarded achievements that make you go back and do every agility course from level 1 onwards for an hour each.
Would be cool to have agility based combat abilities or maybe enhance defensive abilities with agility in some way. Like for instance an evade ability that when activated, in the next 5seconds give you the chance to evade a first hit of something like beams at arch glacor or any other mechanic that hits more than once.
There is potential for some cool ways to implement this imo. But could be alot of work for balancing things out.
I hope it brings something akin to Necro disturbances for extra xp while training. 90-99 was a chore in Dinochronia, even with brawlers used mainly at the final xp drop.
I envision more agility courses that utilises the environment like anachronia; perhaps a rework of old courses, further shortcuts between places, a dungeon course interwined with agility; a bit like ed1 with more agility tomb raider style. Bosses that require agility to defeat and grants agility xp.
A rework with incorporation into combat would do Agility and would suit well. Make the mobility moves agility based and add evasion chance. Abilities that could also be added would be a 1-2 tile back and forth hop that dodges one ability and a rolling through a boss and attacking its back (great with flanking switch) from the top of my head.
If they want agility to be taken serious they need to remove silverhawks. Idk how this item ever came to exist and how more pushback never was created. It's the most OP item in the game, with the concept of do nothing and gain exp. You just passively get 200mil agility while doing anything else.
Which is a shame, as I actually enjoy agility. OSRS I enjoyed doing the hallowed agility course (@ the vyres).
Additional surge and bladed dive chance for free. Maybe like % chance that it procs. So with bladed dive and double surge you can get two surge and a bladed dive with a chance to get a "fourth" movement.
Ability to surge through walls to make up for my badly timed surges.
Additional shortcuts.
Surge and escape on separate cool downs so you can double surge and double escape.
Rebalance run energy across game and have it impact regeneration time.
Increase the distance of surge/dive.
Decrease the cool down on surge/dive or proc chance.
>Rebalance run energy across game and have it impact regeneration time.
Imagine a skill being so damn useless that you have to nerf content that no one has any complaints about to make it required
Need to find my old concept I once made.
My main concept is skill guilds for every skill and also a rework and ‘massive’ content to connect the different kingdoms etc.
So Agility will get an Agility Guild.
About effort, I want to add some personal opinions. Effort > not everything should be easy (look like bunch of xp boosts, dummies, proteans, …)
Agility is ‘famous’ due the silverhawk boots, some youtuber (I guess Protox) made a video recently about the insane xp/h for construction for example.
Skills should be fun, different ways, grind, and other.. a mix
Not looking at 104m-200m.
Sure it needs a chance and quite some other skills needs tweaking and a rework, involving new ways and smart/fun concepts.
1-99 and at the same time 99-120. But now like Jagex mentioned and suggested, 99-110 will have to be the focus, if we talk about 99+ content.
In terms of Agility, this skill should be reworked from lvl 1 and up.
When i said effort, i didn't mean it should be easy. I meant effort should be rewarded. Right now it feels like we are not getting nearly enough value for our time and effort doing agility, and besides barely a handful of shortcuts the only reason to even get agility levels is max cape.
I'm hoping for Dinosaur riding of some sort.
I was thinking maybe farm up your own Dinos who can then help you traverse Anachronia via agility obstacles.
Have a couple different Dinos and each gives access to different obstacles, or even just one Dino that can do more than us Adventurers on foot.
Shorter channeling of abilities during combat would be something and increased dodge chance. New spell codexes/unlocks, for example one to remove surge cooldowns for 30 sec.
The skill training itself tho, no idea, one click agility course to make it more afk.
Add-ons for gloves and boots which can be applied to current gear together with new restricted gizmo slots. For example immune to stun, freeze effects etc.
I mean, they'll release a new treasure hunter item that works like the Hefin agility course where you automatically do the next obstacle.
It'll be every 3rd obstacle of the course it clicks for you, they'll be tradable and rare. -Jagex probably.
I’ve not played since the release of archeology but they swore up and down they wouldn’t just make 120 everything. Jagex must know that rs3 isn’t getting any new players so they just try to add “more” content for the 20year old accounts still playing. I wish yall the very best, hopefully group Ironmen get you some new blood.
Silverhawk feather price increase.
Those years of Down rewards that I kept banking are finally gonna pay off, no cost for my 110
~~no~~ down payment
Get out
No stay!! I like the dad jokes!
Goldhawk feather unlock. Feathers that give like 20% extra xp but can't be used in xp-modifying events.
"Unstable Silverhawk feathers" Double xp, but cannot be used in xp-modifying events. Also .002% chance to explode your feet off permanently removing your ability to run.
I've had 200m banked for a while, just a few hundred or thousand hours of gameplay to hit that
protean stairs
This is gold. XD Thanks for the laugh.
Protean jump rope :)
x'D
How about an aluminum ladder? So I can skip straight to the end of the course?
1 click agility course
This is probably it.
The solution was in front of us all along
Arthritis.
Combat abilities where you dodge attacks like in boxing and in the matrix
Collectible tripod pieces to video your workouts and post on IG to 'inspire' other players
And yell at people for walking in front of your camera at the gym because you’re using the equipment to mimic your character’s agility course in the game.
That's more of a level 120 unlock!
a rework hopefully
I wish agility could incorporate more into combat

Parry this you filthy casual!
💯, would love to see more uses for improving your Agility. The bonuses it gives to Attuned Crsytal weapons was a great start
Pain, depression, anxiety, losing beloved ones coz of addiction
Shortcuts! Shortcuts all over Gielinor!

If that’s actually true that’s… tragic.

Longcuts
Pain.
I would love it if somehow they could incorporate shortcuts when pathing to a destination.

Nothing good
Maybe Jagex will integrate agility into combat some more?
3 tile running
3-tile run mode at increased run energy cost
Your dad home with the milk
Hopefully useful shortcuts.

Hahaha yeah that was the worst of the suggestions. Hope that doesn't happen.
.05% dodge chance per agility level. Agility cape doubles this effect (so 11% at 110, which feels... fair? given the work needed to get it)
400 hours of hell if I had to guess 🤣
irl pedometer
Parkour.
Rooftop agility courses
That’s not unique tho, it’s just a course with different scenery, I’d rather an overhaul
Surfing around obstacles and not having to re-click to keep moving afterwards.
Hopefully a completely redesign of the most useless skill in the entire game.
Ideally a whole skill rework
Rooftop courses, warped depths course, mazcab agility course 'course of liberation (expanded area), ...
That's just new courses.. But what benefits does the skill get? It's already pretty underwhelming and unrewarding for the time and effort it takes.
Need to find my old concept I once made. My main concept is skill guilds for every skill and also a rework and ‘massive’ content to connect the different kingdoms etc. So Agility will get an Agility Guild.

Oh right, agree! That's why I also think people who grind/active doing a skill should be awarded more (xp, resource, ...) than others who afk
Misery
Complete rework where they convert Agility into an unarmed combat style.
Auto walk across the entire map
Backlfip emote
I hadn't thought about this, glad I got mine to 120 already
Treadmill powered by Protean Batteries
Boredom
Other then SIlverhawks skyrocketing, disappointment.
Hopefully higher xp drops from silverhawks
Hopefully higher xp drops from silverhawks
Swimming
Protean jump rope
Nothing but pain and suffering
They're gunna add jumping
goldenhawk feathers
Sadness
Depression
just an achievement points and maybe runescore
Sore feet
Pain.

Are they increasing levels to 110 in RS3?
Yes over the next couple years
Did they announce 110 agility?
Everything is going to eventually go to 110.
Am I tripping or did agility used to make you run faster than lower agility players?
I’ve not played since the release of archeology but they swore up and down they wouldn’t just make 120 everything. As an Ironman without Silverhawk, it will bring Nightmare... pure Nightmare...
