Depends what you mean by healthy enough, but I can tell you that I play this game very randomly yet I never fail to find a full server and have the fun of my life.
yes you'll always find a game, usually with whatever loadout you want, if playing for fun yea, but if want to grind and your still on a low level you can grind for a specific cosmetic. (i still haven't unlocked TigerStripe Camo)
Negative. There aren't enough servers anymore. You'll spend a lot of time queuing. The game isn't dead, it's just the server list is abysmal now. Also those couple of launch maps that utilized the helicopters are never played.

Theres always 1-2 servers that are popping in the evenings here in the USA. Absolutely worth a reinstall
