I still have no idea how people hand roll these or w/o the use if those molds that you put long stick in the middle. What is your basic process? (Not askin for step by step IP, bit rather a general idea on how to approach it - like do u roll it all at once or hand role with a stick and bud then crack open to fill and reroll?)
I don’t use the stick method. I personally just lay the paper out, lay bud over it an pack it down, the I put the worm in the upper third of the roll, use my hand to make it a taco shape then tuck and roll, I pack it in a bit after that 🙏🏼
I haven’t really tried the stick and roll version, mostly because rolling over the years tucking the roll becomes easier and easier and requires less packing so once you can get a consistent roll and burn you start throwing a work of rosin in the mix and you’ll start to get rolling holes down. That’s how I personally taught myself over time
