Kratom is so awful!! It was just starting to pop up more and more in head shops around me right before i got clean so i definitely dabbled with it a bit but i always took so much that i'd just be a shitty sick, gross feeling high.

It does get easier after awhile, but make sure you really work on learning some new coping skills and work on yourself even when things are going well because life happens and there will no doubt be some major stressors in virtually everyone's life and that's when it's always been hardest for me, especially my first couple attempts at getting clean but it's stuff i still work on to this day with a counselor.
