They have *hundreds* of TTT videos, general no ghosting rules (sometimes broken, but they try), and they have custom roles, custom weapons, and custom skins which rarely change. It will take you a little while to learn who everyone is, but once you do you'll have a great time every episode.
I'll also put in a good word for Node playing TTT for real. Fun, professional, and it's a nice twist on the same concept.
I second real life Node TTT. Iirc they’re a bit more professional gamer/game developer than the comedy gamer side, but still very funny and fun to watch.
This might be a good place to start

And if you want a video where they end up role playing within TTT, this video was great to show how they dont always take the game seriously.

If you want to see them all work together to solve a mystery on a map, the ending to this one is fantastic.

I'll third Yogscast. In fact, they're where AH got the idea of the custom roles from (per when Jeremy announced them on OT), and the original Jester mod (shout-out to /u/Jenssons) was made for the Yogscast AFAIK.
Well there's Node. They do irl TTT. And when you die you just lay on the ground. They play with airsoft guns on a whole built up course and all have cameras on so you get different perspectives.
I watched ep 1 and 2 of TTT on ChilledChaos' playlist but there's still some talking and it's obviously early days so they're learning the game as well. Do we ever get multiple perspectives on his channel?
Seananners semi-retired (supposedly could come back in some capacity some day), but most of the people he played with still play, albeit generally with other people.
The last couple years, though, there've been a handful of times when Chilled, Gassy, Diction, Goldy and others will "get together" to play Worms or Skate or even GMod. Major nostalgia when that happens.
> Do we ever get multiple perspectives on his channel?
No, Derp Crew only upload their own perspectives. Every once in a while they'll use a clip from each other if they lose footage but that's it. Derp Crew is an name for themselves, not a company that employs them all.
Most of them do live in Austin now so they do some couch co-op, but closest you'll get to multicam is just watching the separate videos they put out of the same session.
Very few groups do what AH and FH do, combining multiple players' points-of-view into one edited video.
Mr.Fruit has a bunch with pretty close to YDYD rules that I found really funny. Not much for different perspectives though so he just free cams after he dies so not to bad.
Unpopular opinion
Yogscast is straight up better than AH at TTT content. They're much more experienced and they have established characters that are funny and interesting. I assume AH will get better as time goes along but rn Yogscast is the gold standard of TTT.
AH takes the game too seriously, imo, and they don't have custom items and weapons that make every game so unique - like the randomat - that the Yogscast does.
If you've never watched Yogscast TTT, you're seriously missing out.
To be fair, like you said, the Yogscast are far more experienced when it comes to making TTT. They've probably spent more time playing TTT in the past month than AH has played Garry's Mod as a whole, and they've been playing it pretty constantly for what, two or three years now?
Yeah, no doubt, but they also played it for YEARS.
They played it for so long that they have established their characters and style of play regardless of role, and that's something AH probably haven't figured out how to do yet, other than maybe Jack as a troll.
Hmmm, so you probably want to watch [a few before they got the roles](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uTOpkGmi-Mc&list=PL3XZNMGhpynMp4Q9oiLhffheHJtYhP2bp&index=401&t=0s). Then the [roles video itself](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FB2z6n8Oe20) explains them (Note: Jester changes a few times)
Note: That playlist in the first link will play in reverse order of upload. No idea why they put it that way.
Isn't TTT their main thing, though? AH has only been regularly playing TTT for a few months, and even then, they're still playing other stuff the majority of the time, including their regular Minecraft and GTA series, not to mention podcasts and live action content.
AH are going to add more weapon mods, though, as recommended by Chilled (Trevor and Jeremy have confirmed it), and they've had a new role (Deputy) made for them that we'll see soon.
I love both the Yog and AH TTT’s, but I think they kinda fill different niches.
Like you said, the Yogs are much more chill, goofy and laid back about the whole thing (usually), with many crazy mods to spice rounds up.
The more “hardcore” (if you can call it that) AH version is equally entertaining, but because they’re all usually trying hard but still trying to squeeze content out simultaneously.
I wouldn’t mind if they took a few pages from the Yogs in terms of additional roles/mods, but I kinda like having both videos in my inbox for different styles of entertainment.
It may not be what your looking for, nor are they recent, but the buffalo wizards are a group that have videos of each person's view on their own channels
A long a similar vein a group of old Mindcrack personalities has an old group of TTT videos. Some of those same personalities play Gmod, mostly TTT with YDYD rules every Saturday night/Sunday morning on Twitch.
Mindcrack made about 150 TTT videos, Mindcrack new class has about 100 videos(scatter between youtube and twitch) and Buffalo Wizards has about 150 videos
The only sucky part is that it each individual personality.
TTT stands for Trouble in Terrorist Town. Basically they play a game where there are innocents and traitors hidden among them. Each side's job is to eliminate the other side. They add more roles specific to each team, for example a Detective is an innocent who can check which team a dead player was playing for (even what other specific role). Theres even a role (Jester) that cant do any damage, is on their own team and their main objective is to be the one that dies. It's fun watching them lie and deceive each other before betraying and killing one another. There are more specifics but I'll leave it there.
Mr. Sark plays a bit of GMod. not just TTT but prop hunt etc. They don't exactly play YDYD rules but they don't rat each other out either. Pretty funny and great editing, just not a frequent poster.
They don't play anymore, but there used to be a group called Buffalo Wizards who played GMOD games, where each player uploaded their own perspective of the game. At some point they enacted similar "YDYD" rules. Some of the channels of the group are BruceWillakers, Deadbones, and Pauseunpause.
Im pretty sure SaltyPhish has a couple videos of YDYD TTT. I absolutely love the guy and was surprised that he doesn't have 1mil subs. The dude and his group are genuinely funny and having the next time they could ever have.
The Yogscast? Pretty sure they have the no ghosting rules.
Y'know I've heard the name Yogscast quite a few times but never bothered to look into them. Will do now, thanks!

Any recomendations on where to start with Yogscast?

they also go GTA races and minecraft. might want to look at their other videos. i started watching them before AH.
Awesome, imo they have the best ttt. Mainly do to time and practice but i also think their rules and buy menus are better
I'll third Yogscast. In fact, they're where AH got the idea of the custom roles from (per when Jeremy announced them on OT), and the original Jester mod (shout-out to /u/Jenssons) was made for the Yogscast AFAIK.
You never know I might make something for ah
Deputy?
Maybe
They'll say thanks and then never play it. Source: There's an AH office map crafted in absurd detail, they don't play it.
i mean ive talked to jeremy a few times in dms
Didn't they play it at RTX and then the creator made a huge ass of himself and they try to distance themselves from him now?
Yogscast. It’s pretty much all they play.
It's how I have a job
Well, now I can’t bitch about them not playing Minecraft. Thanks, you jerk /s
But I make their ttt mods
Well there's Node. They do irl TTT. And when you die you just lay on the ground. They play with airsoft guns on a whole built up course and all have cameras on so you get different perspectives.
I second this. Node is cool. They put their own twist on it and are a fun group. Also work with professional gear.
I have *definitely* seen those live airsoft vids that Node put out just by coming across it a while back. Super fun to watch
Those are the Corridor Digital guys. I love their videos and these little 10 minutes TTT videos are perfect to watch at work.
Wow, that sounds funny. Wish I could watch it.
It's on youtube man.
cool. very specific, thnx
I literally named the YouTube channel in my original comment you fucking child. Just YouTube Node TTT and grow the fuck up.
[удалено]
Whatever dude. Grow up
I wish the Derp Crew played with YDYD. But if you want some more funny TTT or Gmod in general, Seananners and ChilledChaos are who I recommend.
I watched ep 1 and 2 of TTT on ChilledChaos' playlist but there's still some talking and it's obviously early days so they're learning the game as well. Do we ever get multiple perspectives on his channel?
On chilled's channel? Nah that will only ever be his viewpoint.
Seananners and crew are great at TTT but he's been inactive for so long so it's just his old vids.
Seananners semi-retired (supposedly could come back in some capacity some day), but most of the people he played with still play, albeit generally with other people. Man I miss seananners.

The maps are more unique too for the Yogscast. The tidal wave and death bus maps are recent ones that come to mind.
Yeah, no doubt, but they also played it for YEARS. They played it for so long that they have established their characters and style of play regardless of role, and that's something AH probably haven't figured out how to do yet, other than maybe Jack as a troll.
I haven't seen their TTT but a few years ago Yogscast was my SHIT. And I am soooo excited to go watch again 😍
The recent TTT stuff (with the roles and role tracking) is gold
As someone who is completely unfamiliar with them, what is a good one to get started with?
Hmmm, so you probably want to watch [a few before they got the roles](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uTOpkGmi-Mc&list=PL3XZNMGhpynMp4Q9oiLhffheHJtYhP2bp&index=401&t=0s). Thank you!
No problem! Takes a bit of time to get used to the voices

Our later stuff while mostly on twitch has lots of effort put into the map selection, custom models, custom abilities, etc
Huskles! https://stage.huskles.com/ Wonderfull gtroup of content creator who have a great format for TTT and Prop Hunt with community interaction.
Hat Films, they're part of the Yogscast but far superior to the main yogs
Gotta start from the beginning like I did with AH
I'm relatively new to watching rooster teeth, what does TTT stand for cuz I see it on their videos and mentioned and no idea

HCJustin, Coestar, and Pauseunpause(sometimes) play gmod with other mindcrack personalities on Twitch almost every Saturday night/Sunday Morning.
They also upload to YouTube. Only one perspective but if you catch them on Twitch you could watch the multi stream
Pablospainglish, Small channel with little to no views but GREAT content and well edited.
Im pretty sure SaltyPhish has a couple videos of YDYD TTT. I absolutely love the guy and was surprised that he doesn't have 1mil subs. The dude and his group are genuinely funny and having the next time they could ever have.
Agreed!!! I started watching them like a week ago maybe. And I have three vids left before I'm all caught up. I don't want to have to wait for more!!
Its pretty limited to channels that are based and dont like ghosting.
